My kitchen table which is only 3 weeks old has scratches on it .Even though I purchased a protection plan I believe it should be covered under the 30 day rule and be replaced

Marshall was wonderful - we knew the specific sectional we wanted to see, he guided us right to it, he was helpful but didn't push us and when we decided to buy he made the purchasing process super easy. And he offered some terrific life advice to my teenage sons for which I was grateful! Very happy with our experience.

Our salesman, Gary from the store on Wilmington Pike, Delaware on Saturday, Feb 14, 2026 was excellent. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would go to that specific store just for him.

No pressure sales. Left alone to roam.

We gifted our daughter & son in law a new sectional sofa & ottoman for a new home purchase. They worked with Washington Marshall. Since I was out of town and paying for the furniture, Washington spent a good deal of time helping me with the purchase payment. There was a minor snag & once I called Mr. Marshall yesterday, he worked to remedy the he issue & before the store closed yesterday I had the awaited funds back in my account.
He’s a friendly, personable salesman.
He actually called us today to ensure everyone was happy, the furniture met expectations & to see if he could do anything else for us .

Purchased our furniture 3 years ago with the Platinum warranty. Tried numerous times to use it for the spot cleaning and repairs but they never return calls to schedule so I stopped trying. Recently noticed the center to my sectional had damage that is within the warranty, so I called and kept calling for a month. I had to actually get a direct number to the service center because no one was calling me back to schedule. Anyways the finally send someone out to clean and assess and he says “yes that will get replaced someone will reach out to you.” But no one ever did. So I had to go calling again and again and finally someone said they don’t have it in stock so I’ll get a call back when it’s ready and it’s going to cost $150 for a redelivery fee. Seriously? Fine. Now it has been another month and wouldn’t you guess, no one has called and no one helps when I call. Scam artists and an awful company. Never again.

Our salesperson, Tom Shaw, made the experience stress free and enjoyable from start to finish. We had a lot of specific requirements, given our small space, and he worked with us on creative solutions. We did not feel pressured at all and Tom truly cares about finding pieces that work for your needs. Wonderful experience and quick process. Thank you!
