Great Products and Great Service
I have found this company to be really helpful with the support I requested prior to making a purchase. Their products arrived the day after ordering and they are absolutely perfect for my needs. They have an incredible range and choice of storage boxes and I imagine that everyone could find something suitable from their huge range. Website is great and allows you to 'build your own tower'. All in all I am very happy to highly recommend this company without reservations.

Really useful? Really useless!!!!! Bunch of muppets
Shocking customer 'service'. I placed an order, they sent me the wrong items (because the item I ordered had the same description as another item they sell). They ignored my email so I opened a paypal case. They then changed their website descriptions and now say I ordered the wrong thing! They expect me to pay to return the wrong items. They have blocked me from contacting them. A quick look on their fb page shows other disgruntled customers being ignored. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Good boxes, but bad customer service
The boxes are rally sturdy and high quality. However their customer service is appalling. Given what these boxes cost I do expect them to remediate product deficiencies without hassle.

Inexpensive and robust products, made in UK. Prompt service, too
I first came across Lock & Lock tupperware from these guys via Amazon. Bomb-proof. Survive kids, packed lunches, freezer, even go a few rounds with the dishwasher.
I detest that Amazon undercuts this company to sell the same brand cheaper than this UK manufacturer (and give a false sense of what constitutes 'overpriced' to the ignorant), so now I buy direct.
Lock & Lock boxes are excellent, as too are the Really Useful storage boxes which I have bought by the car load for loft/garage storage, stacked 5 or 6 high.

Good design, but over-priced storage boxes
These are probably one of the best designed storage boxes I've found on the market, but there's still room for improvement in the design. The smaller, long boxes don't have secure enough lids, and the larger box lids also have a tendency to come off a little too easily due to the blue clips on either end not having sufficient force to keep them in place. My other gripe is the price of the boxes, which I would only buy when on sale as the standard prices are a bit over the top in my opinion.
That said, there seem to be few alternatives out there that solve these problems sufficiently well.
