Account managers dont care, customer support deflects to other departments, everything is a waste of time.

We have been with Reapit for over 10 years, the customer service especially the finance department is hopeless, they charged you extra without giving warning, raise up the issue, no reply until 5 days and yet no issue solve, call back but no luck at all...still waiting for account payment issue with them which it is simple matter but no one actually care...!@!!

If Reapit PM was a drink, it would be colonoscopy prep; unpleasant, unnecessary, and something you dread the moment you open it. It promises results, but mostly just leaves you uncomfortable, frustrated, and wondering why you had to go through that at all.
The worst PM software I have ever used in 20+ years of real estate. The worst software company I have ever dealt with.
They like your money, they don't like to deliver good service, they don't like taking phone calls and they certainly do not like calling their clients to discuss issues. Imagine us working in Real Estate just hiding behind emails as the only form of contact when there are major issues.
Reapit PM is a horrible system - clunky and has these sill querks doing strange things.
Bad customer service - they don’t care!
I was a reapit customer and cancelled my subscription but despite this they continue to direct debit my account of the subscription costs after 2 months I’m still chasing refunds - very poor customer service - they just don’t care!!

What can I say, the service is outstanding, second to none. I've used reapit multiple times with companies I've worked for over the years, but not personally dealt with them until now, building a company & having a system that is reliable & having that support was a key factor for me. Highly recommend 👌 for any company that is looking for a new systems & have that support on your journey, Reapit would be 5 🌟!
Not what it was when it was Agent Box
When it was Agent Box it was very good now that it is Reapit, it is clunky and frustrating to work with. We are actively looking for another CRM.

William Hogson helped our Client Accounts department over half a dozen times since the start of 2025 with the streamlining of our department and more particularly with setting up automated email templates.
His skill and extensive expertise focus on strong delivery and client satisfaction, and put his services far above any other Reapit agent.
It is always a pleasure receiving a call from William who provides a personalised service and ensures any request is handled with great speed, care and accuracy.

If there was any possible way to report a negative star review I would do this. 7 months of payments and ZERO ability to use the system. Dreadful support.

Real estate business crippled by Reapit’s failed service
We engaged AgentPoint (now Reapit AgentBox Trading Pty Ltd) to build and maintain my real estate website, including their Zoo Realty Plugin which powered live property listings. Since February 2025, this system has failed completely properties stopped displaying, vendor listings vanished, and key sales pages broke.

Despite paying ongoing fees, no resolution has been delivered. Instead, we was told repairs would cost $175/hour to fix their own failed product. Months later, nothing works, and my agency has lost listings, commissions, and reputation because clients cannot even see properties online.

We have provided them with every opportunity to resolve this issue including evidence, hosting investigations, and escalation to regulators yet the service remains non-functional.

For a company entrusted with the digital backbone of real estate agencies, this is unacceptable. The financial and reputational harm to my business is severe. Reapit must take responsibility and deliver working, modern solutions without charging clients again for their own product failures.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and dishonest company , there support is an absolute joke , on 2 occassions in the last 6 weeks ( not to mention many more issues previously ) i havent been able to upload listings because they havent put these suburbs in my system , and these are suburbs that have been there for years , despite other agents that use reapit/agentbox having these suburbs in there system , on both occassions they promised that the suburb will be added to my program by close of business on a certain day and they weren't , and unfortunately the supposed management couldnt get anyone to return there enquiries , please do not waste your time and money , they will make your job infinitely harder.
