We have purchased a number of important pieces of jewellery, including my engagement ring, from Rebecca's - it is a lovely shop with very helpful staff. When purchasing my watch, we were given great advice and it's obvious Rebecca's know their stuff when it comes to Rolex. I'd highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a timepiece to take a visit to Rebecca's.

After hours looking on line for a rolex I came across Rebecca's jewellers. I phoned the store and spoke to a very helpful lady. I then ordered my Rolex watch on line at 16.00 the watch was delivered the next day before 1pm. The watch was fabulous and I am really happy with my purchase. Today two days later I have received my valuation which was what they promised. This is a excellent first rate company and would recommend them to anyone. So glad I found them.

My husband wanted to buy me a rolex watch for Christmas so we started looking on websites we come across Rebecca's and remembered buying a ring from them in the past so we called in their shop on Lord street in Southport the man that served us new his stuff and explained everything we wanted to know about rolex watches I chose one he added a link and alterd it in minutes said if you feel you need it altering any further don't hesitate to call back I felt confident buying this watch from this shop and would highly recommended them in fact a friend of mine is also going to look at getting herself a rolex also.

I am so pleased with the diamond solitaire ring I purchased last week from Rebecca's Jewellers in Southport. The stone is very high quality and the setting is beautiful. The service was first class, and they arranged for the ring to be sized to fit me, whilst we had lunch - so saving us from an extra journey to collect the ring.

We have dealt with Rebecca's previously, although not often its a shop that we would always walk into to view items when in Southport, in fact the main reason too visit Southport is to go and have a look in Rebeccas ! The staff are friendly and we feel trustworthy hence our custom.

Just purchased 2 secondhand quality watches. Both were presented in impeccable condition and it was hard to distinguish them from new. The staff at Rebeccas were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were put under absolutely no pressure to buy and nothing was too much trouble. When you are in the shop you feel you are in a proper (old fashioned) jewellers. We had singled out the shop on the internet as the place to buy and we were not disappointed. It was worth the trip to Southport.

Bought this ring a week before I was due to go on holiday after spending months searching for the right ring. The diamond ring I saw was on a different setting but they were able to change the setting for a different style that I knew my fiance would love in time for me to take on holiday. The diamond is excellent and a very good price given the size, colour, cut and clarity of it. Everyone is amazed by the diamond ring and I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of buying an engagement ring! I was able to inspect the diamond with an eye loop as well as seeing it in various light conditions which is important. Would use again for jewellery or diamonds in the future!

Having pondered for several weeks about purchasing a Rolex, and having the usual 'is it genuine concerns', I decided there was only one place to visit with confidence. The advice and no pressured sales approach from Rebecca's is second to none. The knowledge of their product, passion for quality, and attention to detail will be remembered for a long time to come. I paid what I consider to be a very fair price for a genuine, boxed Rolex. I cannot reccommend Rebecca's highly enough.

We had been looking for a pre owned Rolex watch for my wife for some considerable time and been rather disappointed with a number of over-priced and tatty examples we viewed at several ‘accredited’ High St retailers, coupled with lack-lustre service from not very knowledgable & disinterested staff, mostly intent on the hard sell. Rebecca's was a breath of fresh air by comparison, standing head & shoulders above their competitors for choice & competitive prices with friendly experienced staff offering excellent impartial advice coupled with a patient approach and good old fashioned customer service, which gave us time to think carefully about making an expensive purchase. The watch we finally settled on was described as being in excellent condition, which was an under-statement – it was beautifully presented and like new, complete with provenance to prove its authenticity, backed up by a comprehensive no quibble guarantee. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca’s to anyone considering purchasing a pre-owned Rolex time-piece – their quality of watches, other interesting jewellery pieces and service is second to none.

I was recommended by a friend. They spent a long time with me till I decided on the ring I wanted. The shank did not match my wedding ring which is yellow gold and that was replaced like for like. I was told that if I ever wanted to upgrade the ring that they would knock off the original price I paid for the ring. They have some beautiful pieces and I will definitely be going back.

We visited Rebbecas on 8th September . We had been browsing for a while and where now ready to purchase our Engagement ring . We couldn't have made a better choice than to go to Rebecca's . From the moment we walked through the door it was such a warm welcome , Rob made us feel so at ease & was very friendly & chatty . We chose our beautiful ring but what made it more special is that they went the extra mile to get us the perfect ring of our choice by changing the Diamond we wanted onto a ring with the Diamond shoulders we wanted . ( Which We didnt think was possible to do ) . Their service was so efficient we where able to walk away with the ring of our choice the same day . Would highly recommend this friendly family run business over any big high street name as you can tell they care about you & your purchase and not just getting a sale . We can't wait to return when we our ready to purchase our wedding bands .
