Helped with delivery …
I was having issues having the gift card sent to my Daughter in Law for her birthday. RebelNell helped me out right away. They were very friendly and went out of their way. I wish I could afford to support this company more .

The team handling the chat session was very helpful and responsive to my having difficulty. They were patient with me and helped me with explicit directions. I was not attentive when placing the order and omitted important details. In the end, I completed the order and am thankful for the chat representative and Rebel Nell.

Fantastic product and great customer service
The team made a huge effort to get me my order in time to gift it at a party that weekend. They were kind and made sure I had everything I needed. The quality of the necklace is excellent, and the recipient loved it. A fantastic way to give a little piece of Detroit!

Limited edition spiderweb earrings
Ordered the spiderweb earrings and received them quickly in NJ. Beautifully produced, just like all the other Rebel Nell earrings, MI necklace, cufflinks, etc. I have purchased in the past. Look forward to more limited edition pieces in the future!

I saw a sign for the store on Woodward…
I saw a sign for the store on Woodward and wanted to check it out. My friend and I were met by a really sweet and informative sales woman. She told us the history of the business which was really inspiring. She also brought out multiple bins of jewelry that weren't on display so we'd have even more options to shop from. I will definitely be coming back here for myself as well as gifts for friends and family. What a beautiful business model!

The Rebel Nell Spellbound collection made with abandoned spider webs is just so cool, I bought two pairs of earrings for family members who love Halloween. The website made shipping to alternate locations effortless, although I didn't see an option to enclose a gift card, so I notified recipients to expect the delivery.
