Absolutely amazing experience in Northampton with Rashi she was so polite and very well expirence with any questions or concerns i had. She made me feel so comfortable in all of my sessions with her.

Effective treatment for lower back pain
I had treatment for a lower back pain flare-up - Adil not only sorted out the acute problem quickly but was also able to help the longer term issue behind it significantly. A different physio had failed to help at all the previous year.

I have been to RED many times
I have been to RED many times, I have seen a few different Physios over the time, all have had good knowledge, are great to speak to and have provided great treatments for both, my injuries, as well as Sports Massages that keep me being able to play the sport I love.

No more pain!!!
I booked in with Sakshi for a terrible pain in my shoulder and within a few sessions, I've gone from being in pain all day, sometimes sleepless nights, to my pain being pretty much non-existent! She's also such a sweetheart aswell which makes the experience more enjoyable. The clinic is also very comfortable with good temperature control, toilet on site and complimentary hot drinks and water. They're also very good at answering e-mails and accommodating any requests you might have. Overall, I'm really impressed with Red Physio and I'm happy I chose them.

Great physio, willUse again
Rashi has been great in identifying my sports injury. I’ve been to 3 other physios and they have all treated the wrong area. The recovery is slow and steady with great advise. Really like the printable exercise sheets and the video links to exercises as well. Would recommend.

Ankle injury
Adil has been great with my ankle injury. He has listened and supported my healing process as well as giving me great encouragement to do my exercises at home. I would highly recommend Adil.

The best physio in Milton Keynes!
The best physio in Milton Keynes! The kindest people who know what they are doing and are so helpful! I saw Adil who gave me exercises to do and he helped relieve the excruciating pain on my shoulder by using a Tens machine. Adil massaged my shoulder which helped with the swelling too.
The owners are the loveliest people, would definitely recommend Red Physio.

THE BEST TEAM TOWARDS A HEALTHY AND REALISTIC PROGRESS
Cannot find the right words to describe the feeling of being guided properly when you need help with recovery. My son has been in the hands of the team for a year, I have had the best of luck to meet this amazing group of professionals that has helped me from accurate information and diagnosis, to recovery planning and treatments. My son started the treatment with X legs, knock knees, dropped arch - flat foot and genu valgum. Most of our problems are visibly improving and strengthening body balance every day. 3 year ankle injury....was seeing a…
3 year ankle injury....was seeing a physio i thought was great..moved started seeing these guys and
3 months later.. omg !what a difference.... I can walk, drive and sleep without pain.... 3 months of treatment and my fear and being paranoid i was going to further damage my ankle...gone.....Adil is professional, polite kind and understanding..... brilliant company I would highly recommend.

Diana is an absolutely amazing…
Diana is an absolutely amazing physiotherapist. She's not just competent, she's brilliant. She goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a physiotherapist, taking her job to a truly exceptional level. Her knowledge and understanding of the human body are evident, but what truly sets her apart is her genuine care and empathy. She's incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensuring you understand the process. My hip has totally healed and with my shoulder I've seen a significant improvement since I started working with her, and I can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. Five stars is not even enough. Highly recommended!

Excellent physio
Excellent physio. Friendly and welcoming.
Suffered from sciatica unexpectedly. Have seen Adil over 5 weeks now and his advice, support and encouragement, to take it 'slowly slowly', the treatment and exercises have paid massive dividends. Pain has reduced from 8/10 to a 1/10. Now in the final stages of recovery, with work on core strength to come.

Highly Recommend Red Phsiotherapy /Newton Leys
After having a fall and hurting my shoulder neck and collarbone also my elbow, i decided that I needed some help with my recovery.
As Red Physiopherapy at Newton Leys is very close to where I live thought I would give them a try.
I had my sessions with Charitha a very experienced kind and caring lady who went above and beyond to explain things to me .It is incredible how she has helped with my recovery and also giving me exercises to continue at home .
I would definitely go back to her.
