these guys are fantastic. My refurbished 27" imac is fantastic and this company delivered exactly what they said they would. It was just as discribed (excellent) and I have nothing but praise for the shipping and packaging.
I was able to back it up from my time machine disc and I was up and running within a couple of hours, and I am not very good with computer programs in general.
I would recommend this company to any friend or family member.

I wanted to get my parents IPads. Not knowing much about them I emailed RefurbMe some questions. Honestly I was not expecting a reply. The next day Simo replied with very helpful information and insite based on his knowledge. I took his advise! I purchased the IPad 2 mini. Perfect size for them and great pricing. Perfect experience, fast service, the phone arrived days from ordering, just like new condition, even had a glass screen protector installed. I had a question about setting up, emailed and received a quick response. Overall the set up was very easy. I am very pleased to have the option to replace my phone with a like new version of the same phone without the extra cost and hassle of having to buy a new case and carrier for a new larger version iPhone.

This is a great service, really appreciate the granularity of searches, pricing for out of stock models, and email alerts.

I was glad Refurbme directed me to focused providers. Be aware though that you are on your own with the provider you pick. The used phone we got did not have an acceptable battery and it was not worth the time and money to return it versus getting a new battery at a Genius bar. It did not have 85% battery and while the refurbisher offered to replace it they take days to respond to their emails. RefurbMe should reconsider linking this provider
