I have dealt with Reidy's on numerous occasions and always found them knowledgeable about what they are selling. One of the refreshing things i like about the team, is that they will not sell you something if they feel its not right for you. They listen to what you want, your ability, and your budget and will suggest something that is "right" for you and not just trying to sell you the highest price goods. Fantastic service. I ordered an amp for my son after the one we’d ordered with another supplier arrived faulty. The other supplier was unable to replace the amp for 6 weeks. Within 24 hours of ordering with Reidys, the amp was delivered (and no faults- so far!). Very impressed. Also, very friendly and informative on the live chat app!

Bought the Marshall DSL5CR as a second practice amp as a pedal platform. It does exactly what I want and am pretty happy with it, just wish it had a standby mode, only complaint. However Reidys were great, fantastic fast delivery and free and the amp arrived safely no issues, great service will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

We were attracted by the competitive price and delivery time. It is the first time we have bought a guitar online. My father has always visited music stores and took time playing and checking a potential purchase out as guitars vary one to the other.We were kept informed and delivery was prompt.
The guitar arrived well packed and in excellent condition.

BRILLIANT SERVICE, lightning delivery , great price , answered the phone when I rang and was cheerful , polite and concise - guitar arrived ready to play ( slight twisting of pegs to tune due to environmental factors) set up nicely ( I don’t get those that snivel about a new guitar arriving which “ needs setting up - action is too high “ learn to play ffs !!! ) overall fantastic experience - thanks , would highly recommend will be back .

The guitar, Epiphone AJ-220S, arrived in good condition secure in the original packaging. However, I suspect the guitar was shipped from stock and had not 'been on the bench' for a check and set-up, which was a bit disappointing as the strings felt old and the playability was not what it could be.
On the positive side: the price paid was the lowest I could find on the internet and the delivery was very quick (next day).

My fiancee ordered a Takmine Acoustic on the 4th March so it would be here for my birthday on 10th May, she was told at the time it would be here for then, fast forward to week of Birthday and still no word, she rang 3 times to be told 3 different stories, Takamines fault, Customs has it and lastly the Suez canal was the reason, so on day of the birthday was told it would be another 2 weeks or more and she asked would she be eligible for a refund if it doesnt come soon he said he would find out and ring back, 3 days later with no ring back i rang to see if there was an update to be told they had issued a refund the day before to which i said we didnt want a refund we wanted the guitar, to be told well if it comes in you can always buy it online again, absolutely gutted they have acted like this especially as we used them last year for a guitar and they were great and we bragged about them to everyone, i am truly gutted and annoyed to be treated like this, i struggle with mental health issues and a guitar is my release and was looking forward to this so much to be left bitterly disappointed
