AVOID THIS COMPANY
I don't know where to start...over 6 months we are dealing with them and still no resolution of all the missing and stolen stuff.
We were misled from the very beginning when getting the quote. ReloUK said their most common route is UK-Australia and a container is send once a month, and told was our belongings will be delivered in Australia in 2-3 months max which we agreed on and decided to go for it. Our stuff were packed and taken on 10th of July 2025 and we've got the delivery on 9th of January 2026 which is exactly 6 months. We arrived in Australia in mid September thinking our belongings will arrive in the next month or so, yes but no. So we started spending money on things you need to bloody exist on daily basis and spent thousands of dollars. So the delivery finally arrives and we have to follow if we've got all the boxes/packages by the pink piece of paper given to us in the UK. Attention to that: But is this pink piece of paper even correct?Very questionable! Anyway will get back to that later.
So by the list we see a box missing with computer controls, the most expensive of all and 2 crystal glasses broken. Okay, my husband was pressured to sign a paper to confirm that the service received was provided to our satisfaction. Hmm. Anyway he did sign just to finish it all off. Later on we found out we are missing a lot of things and the responses from our case manager was that it's very hard to track if we don't give a number of box?!? Are you serious? How can we possibly remember every item in each box when it was even not packed by ourselves? So back to the pink piece of paper we've been given after the removals packed it all. You have to watch very carefully every box coming out on the truck and what's written on that paper, you have to count all your boxes and packages/items and check if all this is put correctly in the paper because we have serious doubts ours wasn't put correctly as it seems now we are missing not one box but at least 3.
And now that is not all, the most disgusting thing from all was a theft from our belongings from the packers(3 men,all young men around their 20's). I can say that with a 100% assurance because I waited for 6 months to get our stuff delivered to check I was right because I couldn't be sure until I see it missing as they pretended that they packed it. This gift card was part of my present from the company I worked for 8 years in the UK and it had pretty significant value for me, not so much the monetary value of it but our plan with my husband was to use it on the last day before we leave the UK for good, to go out and have a nice dinning experience as a gift from my company..... it never happened because the gift card was missing from the dining table and I could not tell if they packed it or it was stolen. And how stupid they were to pack the empty cover of the gift card which is an evidence for the theft. Unbelievable. So this company I will never recommend to anyone, it left such a bitter taste for us leaving the UK, it's unbelievable!!
To be continued with an update how do we go with the insurance claim for the missing belongings.
*Forgot to add one of my favorite pair of shoes were damaged, looks like some black machine oil spilled on them(!)
So untrustworthy and so unprofessional,
I have no words to even express all the disappointment and the cost we paid and still paying.

Important update(20th Feb 2026):
So we paid insurance for loss and damage through ReloUK to a third party company RCS (Removal Claims Service are trading names of Jensten Insurance Brokers Ltd)
We have damages and losses around
£1200-1500 and we were denied to be paid a penny by the insurance company which stated:
"We must consider any and all claims in accordance with the removal documentation and based on this documentation, there remains no evidence that a loss has occurred whilst the items were in the care, custody and control of Relo UK. Consequently, I regret that we are unable to consider the claim for the missing items."
So these two companies left us feel absolutely robbed. Full stop
