I booked a bus transfer earlier this year from Venice Airport to Koper, Slovenia, through RentAutobus. It was a very simple straightforward process.
Following the cancellation of practically all events throughout Europe due to Covid i subsequently needed to cancel and request a full refund (as per the terms of our contract). I found dealing with the actual bus company a difficult process. However RentAutobus was instrumental in assisting with the refund process from the carrier i had booked with. Monica was the particular staff member assisting - she was fantastic and could not have been more helpful. My emails were answered immediately.
RentAutobus customer care is second to none, absolutely fantastic service.
I can highly reccomend this company.

I used the Rentautobus platform to find a mini bus provider when a group of friends and I visited Valencia.
The system is easy to use and the staff provided assistance when one of the potential providers couldn’t speak English.
Having selected a provider I ran into trouble with my Internstional payment and the bus provider cancelled.
The staff at RentAutobus were brilliant in facilitating the return of my payment.

My experience with Rentautobus was excellent. Their communication was always efficient and to the point. As a platform to put you in contact with local companies they do their best to make the process smooth.
I had booked a 35seat coach to bring guests to my wedding in Tarragona. However, the day before the local operator cancelled. Rentautobus went above and beyond to resolve the cancellation/refund issue which followed.

One thing I would like to see is a conversation / message section on their website so it's easy to read back over conversations with Rentautobus and with the operator.

I have NEVER experienced this level of, well you can't call it service more like abuse. If you want your vacation to be completely ruined and deal with rude, obnoxious people use Eros!!
