Paying postage when your spending close…
Paying postage when your spending close to £700 on 2 visits is a joke for me.
Other shops give you free postage when you spend over £40.

Thank you for your review and we do appreciate your business. As we offer substaintial discounts on many sought after designer brands, we regret that we are unable to offer free postage when prices are discounted. However for goods which are full price we do provide free postage.
New look website
So looking at the website now, there are some dramatic changes.
I am disappointed as a loyal customer that you have to now follow selected areas like one type of clothing, ie pants or knitwear whereas prior to this upgrade you could choose shopping and all. You could then continue browsing through all the items that the company sells.
This I feel was one of the key features that I personally liked about the brand and the website.
So, I guess I will need to adjust to this but I'm not feeling the vibe Ike I did prior to the update on website.
I also purchase here as the brand is NZ made apart from the odd piece of clothing, might be knitwear. This is important to me and one of the main reasons I purchase here , considering I live outside of New Zealand.So I will be watching closer and will probably take more time to navigate the new look website.
I will also be paying attention to made in NZ items as this is why I purchase here.
