We can assure customers that all products sold by Repertoire are 100% genuine. As an independent retailer who purchases directly from the brands we sell, and has done for some 28 years, we are always happy to supply proof of authenticity for any product.
Terrible returns process if bought as guest
Terrible customer service when returning garments. Their process requires you to request a returns form from an email address, and to return within 14 days of receipt. On the 3rd day waiting for a form and clock is ticking ! Poor communication. First and last time I will buy from them.

Prompt delivery and well packaged.
I hadn't heard of this reseller before but the reviews on Trustpilot seemed to check out. The shoes I ordered were at a very good price compared to other places. They arrived quicker than expected and the careful packaging was the best I have seen in a long time. So would definitely recommend.

Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Issues
I placed an order with Repertoire Fashion over two months ago and still haven’t received my item. I followed all the instructions given by customer service to try to retrieve the package after Royal Mail’s multiple failed delivery attempts. I used the tracking link they provided, attempted to re-arrange delivery, and even visited the local delivery office with ID. However, I was informed by Royal Mail that they were unable to process re-delivery and that the item would be returned to the sender.
Despite numerous emails, customer service has been unhelpful, refusing to raise a claim or take further action to resolve this matter. They have ignored my emails, with no clarity on when I’ll see a refund or even if the package will reach them. I strongly urge others to be cautious when ordering from this site, as their support team seems unwilling or unable to assist with issues beyond standard queries.

Thank you for leaving feedback. Your order was dispatched with Royal Mail who tried to deliver 6 times on consecutive days but there was no answer. The package was then returned to the depot and after a further requested redelivery attempt failed, returned to ourselves. We issued a full refund but would advise customers that where it is unlikely that there is anyone at a delivery address, please either specify a safeplace or an alternative address.

Purchased some Belstaff items. Quick delivery, good packaging and Josh made sure the Belstaff hanger and branded cover was sent. Other online retailers don’t always see to this. Well done Repertoire and thanks again Josh. Highly recommend. Will definitely shop there again. Thanks
