WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND TAXPAYERS MONEY. Seriously, a total waste of time. They do nothing. They make the forms so complicated that it's difficult to make sense of them. They instruct you not to use information that will identify you, then ask for documents that support your case. How does that work. Honestly, the policing in this country is just a joke.

My company recently had a credit card fraud at the till. We reported the case to our bank and the police who referred us to this company. Having a part of the card number, the name of the fraudster and his face on CCTV we were hopeful that the case would be followed-up. First time case closed after 2 hours. Today we called and the already provided information was added to the case, this time the case was closed within one hour. The person on the phone tried to be friendly - I give him this - but came over quite pompous. Thanks for NOT helping us!!!

So my personal details are used on gambling websites and affecting my credit score. Which is fraud and ID theft, not to mention theft of benefits from a gambling company. But f us right? Not enough lines of enquiry so you dont bother!

Ive been in touch with the companies myself who have these persons other details on record for just these occasions and you chose not to bother.

This country has marked itself thanks to this two tiered justice system and policing, the innocent become guilty and the criminals walk free.

One day common sense will govern again and maybe you will actually do your jobs, or find other ones more suited to your abilities.

Having now dealt with this organisation, I have decided a career in Fraud and Cybercrime in the UK would be a safe and profitable one. Not an ounce of sense among them.

I tried calling, phone system broke and just kept playing my own voice back to me. I can not get through on the phone. Left a query on their online form explaining that and requesting a call about my fraud case. Their email just tells me to get in touch by calling the number I explicitly listed as unable to get through on.

So, I leave a second online form entry, explaining the idiocy of their response. Their second reply this morning completely misunderstands my message and tells me the phone system is behaving normally and is just busy. Completely ignored my request for a call back.

My housing society has been committing fraud on my account in my name and after attempting suicide, becoming insolvent, I'm now facing homelessness again but this time due to my landlord's fraud. Stop fraud couldn't give a damn could they.

If this is the state of the police in this country then no wonder the country's in the state it's in. Thanks for nothing guys. I'll be homeless soon and when you had a chance to help you did nothing!

Normal police can’t act or refuse to deal with fraud when you have proof and the person who has done it .. more bothered about checking Facebook/ instagram for certain words that may offend

Got a slam dunk fraud? Your Managing Agent literally wrote to you and said they're embezzling. Can't deal with that mate not enough evidence. What more evidence do you need? Can't tell you that but you can appeal it. What do want your appeal to achieve? Nicking Villains. Can't reinvestigate. Sorry. Defund the police. No one would notice. Meanwhile I'm down £3940 if as they say that's what my Managing Agent has taken from the Reserve Fund which is meant to be a ring fenced Bank account that they cannot access without dual director approval. So there's no mystery as to the culprit. No problem proving it's a theft because I told them not to and they did it anyway. But Fraud Report can't investigate because... they don't feel white collars. Probably getting handsome backhanders...

Useless, I was involved in some clear fraud on Amazon with 500+ people impacted and the submission I put in was closed within 2hrs of me submitting it. What a joke.

Cover Up. Had to complain to both EE Executive Office and Ofcom and Report Fraud about my EE 120GB data mifi device being hacked and not being restored. EE AND REPORT FRAUD cover up EE fraud. Also EE use of false marketing which says "120GB data that lasts for 12 months". The 120GB not last past a month. EE is lieing to customers. Look at packaging see I am Right.

Those people are useless! I roported a Fraud twice with alot of info on it about the site and the hosting company. and they closed both after an hour. When i called them i gave them extra information they cannot do anything not even open the case again. I wonder why they exist really! I think they are one of the most useless services in UK.

I registered a Fraud last year about 2 pension companies
Now at the time you could only place 5000 words. they then came back and said not enough information as to proceed but you can update and we will look again. So went back today with the reference number that they had given me I phoned them and spoke to a person who said these are well known companies (Got the impression they were to scared to tackle them because they were large well known companies ) they said you are better talking to Money helper and another company? i said this is a fraud complaint i dont need money helper Fraud is Fraud whether its by a person or a well known company it is still fraud irrespective of how big they are or how scared they are to tackle them. I already told them that FSO and FCA are not good organisations to deal with. I said i needed to update my previous Fraud Complaint with new information and emails etc where can i send them. we dont have an email address where you can send any documents( how the hell are they suppose to investigate a fraud complaint if you cant send any evidence to them. The person then went on to say they dont deal with that type of fraud (which is pension Fraud) but yet it is advertised on there site that they deal with Pension fraud. I quoted the Fraud act 2006 and some of the offences which relates to the email and letters i have Disinformation,misinformation, gain & loss, untrue or misleading information i quoted the person these offences listed within the act , they then said we dont cover all of the offences listed within the fraud act, i said but if you deal with fraud and deal with pension fraud as advertised on your site why do you not deal with the contents of what is in the Fraud act 2006 just repeated we dont deal with that type of fraud. so I logged a complaint with them there and then.I then told them if that is the case then they wont mind me quoting what i recorded them saying and as i had already been in touch with some news outlets then those documents which i have they wont mind me showing them to the news outlet and say this is what type of Pension Fraud action fraud wont look into even though they say they do deal with That type off Fraud.Sounded to me like,,, well i will let you make your own mind up.

Very disappointing. Reported what most would think was a pretty clear cut fraud being run by a parking company. The lady at Report Fraud was very good and took all the details. A couple of hours later I got a reply saying the standard "INSUFFICIENT LINES OF ENQUIRY". Little wonder many have such a low view of this outfit. They never got back to me to ask for the multiple pieces of evidence I offered to supply. Let us hope other crimes are followed up a little more diligently. Give them a try by all means but certainly don't hold your hopes up. Let us hope those involved don't tell others who they work for....................

I wish I had looked here first, they are just a scam. I had evidence that very popular Chinese retailer is ripping British people off. Now the will continue to do so!

Report Fraud, originally Action Fraud, is the same inept people, same useless organisation & same waste of people's time & government money. Don't waste your time. I reported to them. Person 1 was brainless, person 2 was better. Yet when I pressed option 3 to add to the report, person 2 had failed to give me a reference number, they couldn’t find it under my name & asked me to start again. I told them their poor Trustpilot rating, which was why they changed their name, yet still had a poor rating. Person 3 attempted to say people generally don't give good reviews. Rubbish and so are they. Don't waste your time. It's a dumping ground for overstretched police forces, full of clowns.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment with the service provided by ReportFraud UK. Despite presenting objective and irrefutable evidence regarding a solicitor’s dishonest conduct—specifically involving file stripping and the deliberate manipulation of records—the organization has shown a complete lack of interest in addressing the matter.

It is highly concerning that an entity positioned to tackle fraud and misconduct would overlook clear proof of professional malpractice. The refusal to engage with the evidence provided suggests a systemic failure in their investigative process and raises serious questions regarding their commitment to accountability.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services. The lack of transparency and the dismissive handling of a verified grievance suggest that the organization is not currently operating with the integrity required for such sensitive work.

This service is a joke. I reported a clear cut case of fraud by a legal broker and the system after only 2 hours said not enough evidence to pursue. They have not asked to see the evidence (substantial) !!!! I have reported them to the Independent Police Complaints Office

Waste of time. Completed the online forms describing how I was the victim of identity fraud then at the end of the process get a message on screen saying "thank you for your report, you will receive no further communication from us". WASTE OF TIME

Kept kicking me out of the website so that I lost all the information I had completed after the 3rd attempt I gave up

Just like its predecessor organisation, Action Fraud, it never actually investigates or prosecutes anyone. No matter how much detail of the event you provide them, they have a standard response: insufficient lines of enquiry.

They ask for all the details of fraudulent transactions, which you provide, but all you get is a crime reference with the standard case-closed response.

Fraudsters know police do not actually investigate fraud, so they can target UK residents with impunity.

This organisation actually acts as a foil, deflecting actual fraud cases away from local police forces, who simply cannot be bothered to investigate them.

As I said of Action Fraud, the predecessor, the organisation is a waste of taxpayers' funds and victims' time filing reports. I have not come across any review which confirms that an investigation was actually opened.

In a previous case, I reported the fraudsters to Dubai Police because they used Dubai-based accounts. They told me they were waiting for information from the UK Police to investigate the accounts, but that never happened, despite my telling Action Fraud that information was awaited. In this new case, I provided detailed crypto transactions with destination wallets - still "INSUFFICIENT LINES OF ENQUIRY". How do you combat cybercrime if you never trace transactions?

The UK remains a Fraudsters' Paradise!

Useless pieces of trash. Wasted 10 minutes for nothing. 5 minutes after submiting, i got a closed report for a being scammed of 50 pounds. Never use again.
