Great company, really nice and helpful on the phone, quick delivery, would recommend, thank you very much.

When checking out it said the shipping cost to Singapore was 21 GBP, but the goods were not sent because the package was large and the cheapest shipping cost was 70 GBP, I asked to cancel the order and the funds were returned only for the product, there was no refund for the shipping cost of 21 GBP even though the goods have not been sent yet. hopefully it will be better in the future

I had some issues with my order and Sam from Resurrection emailed me personally to sort it. They were very helpful and clearly care about their customers. It's so nice to see personal touches from an online company

Recently, I placed two orders with Shop Resurrection. One for pants and one for sweaters. The pants did not work out (poor tailoring and material quality) and I send 3 emails to their customer service for advisement on how to send back. I heard nothing. I am just going to send back on own and hope for the best! Both sweaters are terrific-- unique and well-constructed, not to mention a bargain on sale! So it is hit or miss with them!

I ordered 5 items and only received 3 of them with a hand written note on it saying that the other two items would be separately shipped. 3 weeks later and I haven’t received another package- no one picks up the phone and they don’t respond to emails or DMs after a week now. No point to the phone #.

Had to exchange the item that I purchased for a different size and throughout the process I did not have to wait longer than 1 hour for a reply to emails. Very responsive and very helpful staff.

Had some trouble buying Carhartt but the folks at Ressurection were excellent in dealing with the issue, sending me pictures of measurements and communicating with me very well to get the issue sorted. Taking the time out of their day/non working hours was so honest of them and I will be purchasing from them again. Very Pleased

Item was delivered quickly, and returned the next day because it did not fit. Now been waiting for a refund for over a week and a half. How long does it realistically take to issue a refund, 10 minutes. No excuse as to why it's taking so long. Very slow and unhelpful customer service.

Really good prices, beats other stores prices on the same items! Super fast delivery too - ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday, which is extra impressive considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Will definitely be buying from here again.

I ordered a parka on Thursday lunchtime and received it on Friday morning (and with free delivery!). I was also in touch with them over phone and email about the parka before ordering and they were super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend them.

Ordered on Wed and received on Thursday afternoon. Didn't even need to pay for delivery! Amazing! I was worried about lack of reviews (like the other reviewer) but very impressed. The trainers I bought also cost a bit less than on other shopping sites so win win!

Could only find one review so was initially wary of placing an order with the website (particularly as their prices seemed so good). Placed an order for a carhartt jumper and trousers late on a Monday, received the items on Wednesday via tracked DPD courier. Superb quality with no damages or defects. Will definately be placing another order soon (where did all your footwear go ?!!)
