Attempted order off web page
Attempted order off web page. Wouldn't allow me to select items I wanted due to their inventory. I called and placed order and most my items shipped immediately. Took a bit to receive the rest of my items. Upon installation of my items 2 lamp holder were faulty. Didn't bother with return on $1.50 worth of stuff that would of took 2 weeks to receive. This company is knowledgeable and has decent product. For my experience this is my rating!

Retro Arcade is one of the best....
Retro Arcade delivered the items I needed quickly and well packed. The Utube video on DIY arcade systems are some of the best. And the owner even took the time to sign off the Thank you for ordering letter which was a real nice personal touch.

Great arcade was very happy with it but how I was treated When I asked for help with the installation was probably the worst customer service I received in my life and that’s what merited the 2 star raising instead of a 4 or 5 . After spending over $3000.00 and getting treated that way from the owner on top of it was pretty appalling and i will never do business with them again .
