I am a tenant at Brushcreek Townhomes, and have been renting for about a year and a half. I don’t know where to start. When I first moved in LIZ was transitioning into the property manager. There were things that weren’t done in the townhome. LIZ was on it right away and the repairs were done within 24 hours. She is kind, courteous, considerate and patient. She provides amazing communication with information that is valuable as a tenant. She works well with my teenage son and he is Autistic. He feels comfortable talking to her which can be challenging for him. LIZ goes above and beyond to ensure that the unit I stay in is within livable conditions. My experience here is by far the best yet!

I rented a town home apartment at brush creek town homes for a year and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had as a renter! I absolutely LOVE the property manager /Landlord LIZ, she’s super nice, attentive and very professional, she’s on top of everything, maintenance was always done on time. I never had any issues with maintenance request, The area is so peaceful, the neighbors don’t bother you, The units are very well maintained and up to date. I was really sad to go but I’m very thankful to Liz and I highly recommend renting from her.

Liz is the best landlord I’ve ever had. Down to earth and very sweet. She is always a text or call away and gets maitenence on it asap. Liz you rule!

Maintenance is done on time and always polite, attentive, respectful, patient and very friendly. Liz is great! Way better than the previous manager. The only thing is other people tend to pick up after their dogs, management tries to clean up but they can only do so much.

Liz is such a great manager, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love my apartment, would recommend RHC to anyone

Over the last 10 months of living at the Brush Creek Townhomes I’v had nothing great experiences with its maintenance crew. They always respond fast and get anything I ask for fixed in a timely professional way. I highly recommend renting from any of the Renaissance run facilities.

Hi I am tenant! And Just love our property manager! She gets things done when requested. And her maintenance crew are awesome. At the very minute you requested something. Liz will make sure the work is done. I have home for four months, she called and paid a visit to check if I am okay. Shout out to Liz and her team 💯💯💯💯

I cannot say enough about Liz Gallagos and her staff at Parc Sonoma. From the moment she first showed me the place I knew it was going to be great - so well maintained, with such down-to-earth, professional, and friendly staff.

I have not been disappointed. Liz has been extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, and when I've needed even minor repairs they have been attended to within 24 hours by the talented maintenance staff.

I had one negative experience with another tenant and Liz dealt with it tactfully and swiftly. I feel completely safe and supported here.

My family, and I have lived here for about 6 years now, and since Liz took over as manager we’ve received the most efficient services whenever we have questions, or anything needs to be done!
Professional, and knows how to do her job above and beyond! Its really hard to find people that are efficient in what they do, and have an excellent attitude!
If anything in the apartment needs to be done they are on it in a quickness we couldn’t be more grateful, and content with the services we’ve been provided.

The team at RHC does a great job. The apartments are safe and quiet, Liz is friendly and communicative, and the maintenance team is wonderful. Requests are fixed promptly and with genuine kindness. It’s easy to feel at home here!

I love where I live. It's a family friendly environment. Management and maintenance is a superb team. They are are very professional, friendly and get the job done all the time.

I have had a great experience living in Link Apartments. My property manager is quick in responding when there’s an issue, the maintenance is kept up, and it’s a great apartment. Very cozy! My property manager is very caring and friendly so she makes it very easy to come to her for anything. I really appreciate that. Property is clean and quiet as well.

Excellent experience with the management who is always on top of their game Everytime we asked for help.

Not gonna lie, was pretty untrusting of apartments after my last one screwed me over time and time again but Liz has genuinely restored my faith in people. Always answers and responds to calls and questions. Never makes you feel bad for requests. And when they say they’re going to get something done, they do.

I been living here at brush creek townhomes for 3 years I love it it here and we need something we need Liz is always helping us when we need some type of service she is very helpful.
