terrible experience with their support team. they respond quickly, but nobody has any answers and the replies do not help solve issues. seems very low cost support team that can point you to FAQ but not further. Frustrating, could not get help I needed so moved on to Mercury.
They have been holding $300k of my company's funds for weeks without any explanation!
They don't request any documents, they don't give proper answers, and every single day they say the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I strongly do not recommend this solution to medium-sized and large companies.
Customers Deserve Transparency and Respect
At first, everything went smoothly as if they just wanted me to open the account. Then I was surprised when they suddenly requested additional mandatory documents after I had already created the account and started using it.
Those documents were not available to me, and I clearly explained why, but they didn’t try to understand and simply closed my account.
I understand that there are laws and regulations, but it would have been much better if they had informed customers during registration about the exact documents required, instead of wasting our time later.
Customers deserve respect and transparency.

A Bank that fails to honor what they say!
Rho presents itself as a responsive and accommodating banking partner, often telling applicants exactly what they want to hear. Encouraged by a promising initial conversation via their chat service, we proceeded with the application process several days ago with the intention of opening an account as a sole proprietorship.
The chat representative assured us this would not be an issue and scheduled a Zoom onboarding call, which appeared to go smoothly. However, upon receiving the formal online application, we noticed discrepancies between what was discussed and what was required. When we reached back out for clarification, we were referred from Mary to Maya at Rho.
Unfortunately, Maya failed to respond for 30 minutes and ultimately dismissed our application, stating that Rho does not support businesses like ours—despite previous assurances. This experience raises a broader concern: How many other commitments does Rho make that it ultimately fails to honor?

Best credit card program we've had
We've been using Rho as our credit card program for the past 11 months, and we couldn't be happier. The user interface is as friendly as it gets. Our admins and users praise the program/system frequently. We've had it connected to QuickBooks and now have it connected to NetSuite. It shaves off hours from our accounting team's work.
