Richer Sounds have been around a long time and have always provided expert advice and great service. More personal than the big multi stores.

Richer Sounds were really helpful answering all my questions pre purchase and very competitive with pricing. Great experience all round (as it has been when I have bought from them in the past).

I had a tricky cinema installation. Whilst it didn’t go completely to plan Richer Sounds sorted everything out. Because of this I will definitely go back to them in the future and will remain a lifelong customer.The staff have been great in particular at reassuring me on my journey

I phoned to check some things out before I ordered and Jerome at the Bromley branch couldn't have been more helpful. Less than a week later I'm enjoying my 48 inch Samsung TV. Delivered on time and the day I wanted and set up by Daniel from WorkTec.

I ordered my Hisense 32” Full HD Qled TV in store in Bromley. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was delivered the next day by DPD. I took the Pixel full motion tv bracket back for a refund. This TV has an unusual portrait Vesa mount of 100 wide by 200 high.
The TV itself is very good. The colours really pop and the sound is loud enough. I use it with an indoor aerial for Freeview, and WiFi for Freely. The latter has about 40 of my favourite channels, mostly streamed in Full HD, which is a big improvement. There is a good choice of streaming sites for subscribers. Recommended.

I keep buying my hi-fi gadgets from Richer Sounds since 2025. They provide good customer services are competitive prices.

Friendly staff helped carry my TV and speakers to the car. Products were cheapest I could find with great deals. I'd buy from them again.

The staff, in particular the Manager, were very helpful (over the phone, online and in person) in answering the various queries I had.
Delivery was made very quickly after my order had been placed.

Great salespeople in the shop, very knowledgeable and eager to help (not like other electronics chains), at the same price of bigger chains (actually even granted an extra discount so slightly cheaper in the end). Also great policies such fair wage and fair taxation. Quick delivery.

I wish every shop had sales staff as helpful as Richer Sounds. A big thank you to Matt the manager. I am really impressed with my purchase an LG 83C.
The only downside in this shop is NO complementary coffee. Also the shop is a bit small and parking can be a pain. Plenty of empty shops for rent in the Glades.
I will be making another purchase soon.

I was buying a record player/ turn table for my partners birthday with no idea what I should buy, the staff were so helpful. They didn’t push anything on me just gave amazing advice and guidance on what would be best suited. I Will definitely be recommending them to others and will certainly be going back to buy more. Paul was extremely helpful in the Bromley store in helping me find the best turntable. He advised what was best for a beginner and also helped to speak matching speakers. Service was brilliant and he kept me updated on the delivery to store as I had to arrange a collection. Would 100% recommend and will be back in the future!

Mark and his colleague could not have been more helpful. This company's staff know their products; they like what they do and it's reflected in the halp and advice given. Don't bother going anywhere else.

The staff are very knowledgeable and will not sell you a product if they don’t believe it would fulfill your criteria, for instance, I was looking at a set of speakers , KEF q7 metas, an noticed a set of speakers that were nearly £200 dearer , the salesman told me that the speakers I had in mind more than fulfilled the criteria I had laid out and in comparison he believed the KEF to be superior , I admire and respect this kind of honesty and integrity in a salesperson, it shows that it’s not just a fast buck and that they do indeed want you to have the best experience possible, I have received all of my system in good time and couldn’t be more pleased with the results!
