Incredibly helpful and very friendly. Everyone so nice even on the phone.

Problem with online ordering (lack of email confirmation) resolved over the phone. Phone call received from shop to say that item was ready for collection. Item still not showing in order history, however service in Bromley shop exemplary.

I had a great experience purchasing the Kanto YU6 speakers and matching stands from Richer Sounds Bromley. The team was very accommodating and helpful throughout the ordering process, answering my questions and making everything smooth and straightforward.

The speakers sound fantastic and the stands are a perfect match. Really pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend Richer Sounds Bromley!

I'd been researching TVs online and getting somewhat overwhelmed with all the technology - going into Richer Sounds and speaking to a very helpful employee - Tommy - made everything much clearer. The ability to view a couple of models in real life rather than just looking online made the decision much easier. Tommy was very patient and helpful. Delivery was amazingly quick. The whole process was very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds.

Clear, fast and brilliant shop and service. Stephen was there who helped me with a record player within my budget and needs and was brilliant. I had some existing speakers that I brought in, and another device, told me that one device I brought wasn’t required, good, I could send that back. Great, loading bay outside the shop too. Marvellous.

Matt and the team were great, they set up a demo of the Ruark I wanted to purchase, let me listen in and play around with it which led to me ordering through them. They saved the system for me to pick up on my actual Birthday. So thank you and looking forward to listening on my great little system now!

The guy in the Bromley branch went through with the TV with me and looked after me, as I'm disabled. He gave me water and was very caring.
I bought it online as it was easier to get delivered. I didn't catch his name, but a very knowledgeable black man, no disrespect intended.

I could rant about tech companies dictating the customer experience instead of creating products that customers actually need. I mean, supposedly a master TV, calibrated for presenting content as the creator intends. I put in a Blu-ray, switched to Cinema mode, expecting a great experience. Only the default Expert 1 Colour Temperature (and Expert 2) are little more than Orange and Teal filters. So much for out of box simplicity.

But you really want to know about the shopping experience. This was excellent, friendly and informative staff who really helped me hone down my choices. Delivery was great too, timely and without flaw (although the couriers did spam my phone for texts a fair bit).

One small issue in store. I know when buying a TV, the audio can be an afterthought, and I had expected the soundbar to be plug and play. I had mentioned that I didn't own a smartphone, so it would have helped if I had known before hand that the soundbar needed an app installed to set it up (see my first point about user unfriendly tech companies, Sony) Thankfully I had an iPad at hand to set the soundbar up, but it would have helped if it had been mentioned at the point of purchase.

Easy to order over the phone for store collection. Great advice/confirmation of choice of purchase. Rang to confirm TV ready to collect, helped to carry to car. All the staff were very pleasant. Price was very competitive. Would recommend

Very helpful staff - competitive price.

I had to replace my CD player, 30 years after I bought my first one from Richer Sounds. Matt in Bromley was really helpful in explaining the main differences between players now and I made an informed choice. Even though it was out of stock at the warehouse, he had one delivered from another shop less than 48 hours after I'd made my selection. I'm very happy with the choice and price! After decades as a RS customer, it's been my experience that service, expertise and quality gear continue to be the (gold) standard in RS stores!

Very good. Great price , helpful staff , they helped a poor old man get the tv into his tiny car. I’ve always liked RS I’ve used them for what , 30+ years? Really pleased.

I find the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Very friendly indeed.
