I have always bought my audiovisual stuff from the same store in Cardiff purely because of the very high levels of service, knowledge and advice coupled with excellent prices. Theres really no point looking elsewhere as i know it would be pointless since the experience i have had over the years has been second to none. Buying from Richersounds comes with a high level of confidence that when there is a problem, it gets dealt with very quickly and completely. All in all, being a customer of Richer sounds really is a no brainer if you want the best bang to buck value coupled with rock solid knowledge, advice and customer service.

From the help I received to the payment of the product the service was smooth. Aaron and Jonathan provided very patient service, gave good advice and arranged everything brilliantly.

The only thing that this purchase down was DPD, instead of next working day service I got 3 day service. If you can dont get DPD to deliver.

Jonathan got hold of the couriers and sorted things out and limited the delay and arranged the refund of next working day service charge very quickly.

Pleased you were able to demonstrate Freely tv to me (Currys could not) and your advice on sets with best sound as I am hard of hearing. I am very pleased with the Hisense full HD 32" to fit in our kitchen as it does not require an areal. The TV guide allows you to go back as well as forward which is brilliant we will never miss a program again. Thanks again the set is so simple to use once you've set up the catchup permissions just the job for us oldies.

Richer Sounds continue to impress. I’ve bought several products from them and the quality has always been spot‑on. I originally thought their email support wasn’t responding, but the reply had gone straight into my spam folder. Once I found it, the information was clear, helpful, and exactly what I needed while looking to purchase a projector. Great products and great service still one of the best retailers around.

The team is helpful both on the phone and in person. Price matched the soundbar I wanted. I arrived before store opening to collect but they still let me in and helped carry the item to the car and load it. I've since completed a retrospective price beat with a different member of staff and just as helpful as others. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff in store and agreed to source me a remote with a solar panel when the tv arrived without one. 6 year warranty is excellent. Would recommend visiting the showroom as most tvs are on display and you’re welcome to play with them.
