Karol and Paul were excellent all round - very friendly and helpful. Princess (my Akita) was very excited and got lots of fuss and attention from Karol!

From ordering to delivery, everything was a smooth process. The delivery man (Gaz), awesome and friendly gentleman. Even asked if he should take his shoes off before entering the house. Small gestures like this make a huge difference. Wry polite, with a smile from arriving to leaving. Richer sounds are amazing. To deal with and to purchase from. Top rated

Delivery was not expected until next week (we ordered it Tuesday evening) but Richer Sounds managed to get the TV to us by 8:30 am Thursday morning. Karol and Paul, the delivery guys were brilliant. Karol even took the time to introduce himself to our dog who was barking madly. Thank you. Great service!

Trav and Rob confirmed the delivery time slot in the morning on the day of delivery and then called half an hour before actual delivery. They were very friendly and polite and thankfully delivered three heavy boxes to an upstairs bedroom. A great service.

Great to have a two hour window and the driver messaged when he was 20 minutes away. Friendly and a great service. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

The TV we bought had a really good offer on it. We ordered Friday and got a 2 hour delivery slot for the Monday really quickly. They also phoned me when they were 30 minutes away. I was told the delivery drivers were very respectful of our home, and very friendly too.
