Great service from the salesman I spoke to. Really took the time to discuss and have a conversation about what I wanted. No pushy sales tactics. Good range of equipment and amazing deals. 6 yr guarantee too? Can’t go wrong!

Easy to get through on phone to discuss options, Got great advice on buying my new TV. Good price with offers and fast reliable service. The packaging was a little damaged and confirmed by delivery company who were very professional. All was well no damage to TV, all good so far.

Chris was helpful in providing advice over the phone, produced a part we needed by post the next day and offered 2 solutions to our problem. The first option was to try to do the repair ourselves because this would be cheaper. The fallback position was for one of Richer Sounds staff to visit and do it for us. When we were unable to do it ourselves Mikey came the same day and sorted things out. All was done in a very friendly and professional way.

Value for money, speedy delivery

extremely helpful and informative on products and pricing options. The deal on a high end tv and sound bar was extremely competitive. Delivery was within three days and the courier was very communicative and efficient. Altogether, an excellent experience.

Great customer service and will price match

I bought two Sonos Era 100 SL speakers from Richer Sounds, ordered online for collection in store. The price was the lowest I'd found, a good 15% less than the nearest competitor. Ordering was straightforward, communications good, and the speakers were ready for me when I went to pick them up. The guys in the shop in Leeds were friendly and efficient. Would recommend, would buy again.

Rik helped my mum find the TV she needed, and she was really impressed with the service. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the product and although it was not really Richer Sounds' fault, they took responsibility and went above and beyond to sort it out. Top class customer service and I am very happy to recommend Rik and the team there!

Richer sounds have always been my preferred retailer for anything audio/visual.
I've been a customer for over 30 years,in time purchasing from Sheffield,Leeds,York and Kingston.
The staff in every shop have been exceptional.
One of the main things I like is the honesty of the staff.
At times I've felt like treating myself to a new "gadget" only to be told I'd be wasting my money on trying to improve on whatever item I wanted to replace.
To some companies that would be a lost sale,to me and I'm sure many others ,it's this knowledge of the staff that makes me return again and again.

No actual problem with staff at Leeds store, just the time it took for the system and speaker stands to arrive. Also the Cambridge Audio Amp CXA81 MK2 was faulty. No sound from B speakers.
The guy who came to set it up Jeff had no clue with Apple iPhone to connect to Cambridge Audio CXN100.
He wanted the full £80 but left with it not working properly and said I should go to Apple Store to find out why, because it is a known problem with Cambridge Audio connectivity.
He also said he would be in touch with the store to get me a replacement amplifier. This took about 2wks, then when he said he was coming, he didn’t twice.
There seemed to be bad communication between him and store and after me spending nearly £3000 it was very disappointing.
It was almost a month before I began to enjoy my system which I am very pleased with eventually.
