Good company to deal with, the Maidstone branch was very quick at answering the emails and informative, placed my order for a out of stock turntable and it turned up earlier than expected and it’s great 👍 shame I couldn’t call the local shop (Maidstone) and talk to them in person tho .

I walked in not knowing anything about turntables and amplifiers and what speakers to buy for my first setup.the gentlemen suggested the argon Audio and built in amplifier in with the speakers .and the sound it producers is amazing .Excellent customer service from start to finish Definitely going back for Upgrade . I wanted to compare the Audio C10 speaker against the Sonos systems. They had them all set up and I was able to clearly hear the difference in quality of the speakers. No rush and no pressure - and they matched the online sale price. Just a brilliant service all round

Advice
On contacting Richer Sounds for advice prior to purchasing re existing TV not working I was not advised to try switching on the TV at the side of the set. My ignorance but was told to reboot by usual method. Still did not work thus led to me purchasing a new TV from Richer. I have bought a few TVs and recently a music centre from Richer. Other than that I was very satisfied with Peter who installed the TV.

The Team at the Maidstone branch are very welcoming and knowledgeable and truly passionate about the products they have in their store and if they can't find what you need at your local branch (Quality,price and budget) they may source it from another of their stores.

Staff are knowledgable, friendly and really know their stuff. So much better than shopping at somewhere like Currys where the staff are only semi knowledgable. The prices are as good as anywhere

I live in a village and do not go to Maidstone anymore. I relied on previous contact with Richer Sounds to be guided in my choice of a replacement TV which was installed yesterday. I am delighted with the Cello which I see was made in England. I am elderly and dreaded having to learn new controls but the installation engineer was friendly and encouraging and I was pleased to find it easy to use this morning.
The first Cello was found to be severely damaged when the packaging was removed and the engineer quickly arranged to collect a replacement.He returned following the hours journey and stayed until he was satisfied that I had a good grasp of the controls. Clearly a man of high principles and a credit to Richer Sounds. Thankyou.
