The Richer Sounds six years guarantee is good. My Samsung neo tv cocked out after 36 mths. Richer attempted to get it fixed but, alas a deep seated issue. So I got credit note back towards a new tv. Great service from the Richer Team resolving the issue, especially my local Maidstone branch. You can rely on Richer !

Great advice and service by the team in the Maidstone branch. Each of the advisors gave clear and unbiased information regarding my enquiry. Based on their advice I ended up purchasing a different tv to the one I planned to purchase!
