My original choice wasn't available but Paul sorted me a Hisense 43" Pro, and a Pedestal Stand which solved my problem regarding its positioning. The TV is great and the stand a perfect solution. The personal contact was better than shopping online, and Richer Sounds Middlesbrough the answer.

The staff member Dave from Middlesbrough branch who dealt with my television purchase provided me with the best customer service I have received from any retailer in over 20 years. For me it is this which makes the difference when I am considering a retailer for subsequent purchases. Needless to say I shall be using Richer Sounds in future.

I felt with the manager him self helped me with all my questions that I asked him polite and friendly to talk to ales helped with the delivery of my TV

For a start the advice that the staff give is excellent, the number of times I have purchased TV and hi-fi from Richer Sounds never once have I been convinced to purchase the most expensive or something that doesn't suit me, advice has always been in the customers best interests. Prices of equipment is very competitive, as long as I live I'll never buy from anywhere else .

I've purchased a few things from this shop and I've never been disappointed, the staff are very friendly and helpful and i will be using them regularly. The layout in the Middlesbrough shop is superb so I can't fault them at all.

Great service and brilliant advice

We had arranged for a demonstration of a soundbar and subwoofer and were very impressed the sales man was very helpful and explained all about it. In fact we bought it there and then.

Visited Middlesbrough branch after Xmas looking for a sound bar. Discussed options with the helpful staff, who as usual showed great knowledge of the products available. Eventually settled on a Denon at a good VIP price. Performs well and. Ideal for our lounge layout.
