I'd like to say a big thankyou to Adam, who made my recent experience a real pleasure. I visited the store with a plan to upgrade all of my equipment. His knowledge and experience served to relax me that what I was looking to purchase was correct for my needs..
I ended up revising my original plan and trusted his advice. The guys in store are unbiased and give honest opinions. The whole team are such nice guys, and I can see why people favour the service over other businesses.. I came away very happy, and felt very well looked after! Long may the store continue to provide such a great service.. Thanks so much Adam & his colleagues. Bravo 🙌

Guys in the store at Milton Keynes are very helpful and honest to look for the best requirements.

My experience at Richer Sounds in Milton Keynes has been nothing but excellent. They are a very good team who are flexible, helpfully and knowledgeable. They aren't just selling whatever happens to be in the shop, they have a genuine interest in Hifi and have clearly listened to the products that they sell with much enthusiasm. I got great advise, but not the type of pushy sales you get when somebody is just after your money. I can highly recommend them as a place to explore what you need and desire before you commit to buying. I also had no problem returning an item that was not suitable.

Overall I can highly recommend Aiden and his team for great customer service!

Bloomin' fantastic service. My husband & I popped into the Milton Keynes branch as we were looking at buying a turntable. Richard couldn't have been more helpful, with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. After mulling over his advice we placed an order and couldn't have felt like more valued customers. I now wouldn't shop anywhere else for electronics - top class service before, during & after purchase. Richer Sounds could teach other companies a thing or two on customer service

Great advice from the team. Quick delivery and effortless communication around delivery.
I ordered a TV that was too large and I was able to replace with a smaller unit without question. Richer Sounds have the customer experience really sorted out.

UPDATE:

Milton Keynes store phoned me the next to to tell me I could collect between 5 and 8pm.
When I collected the item, the sales assistant was very helpful and even carried it to my car.

Ordered a HI-FI stand on a click and collect at Milton Keynes store. My item was delivered today so I thought as I was a VIP member I could collect it this evening. Phoned the store and was told the opening hour are 12- 5pm. What about VIP members I asked? I was told in order to use VIP Membership I would need to give 3 DAYS NOTICE. Not very VIP. I can’t collect till the weekend now. I will shop elsewhere next time
