Richer Sounds - Nottingham Reviews

Alex and team provided exceptional customer service. We had an issue on the order which was fixed switfly with minimal impact. I would not hesitate in recommending Richer Sounds to friends and family. In a world of bots and agents it's great to speak to a real person and have that personal service which has been lost with so many other providers.

Really good service and expert service.

Great service, extremely good overview of products. Resulting with a no problem sale. I have no problems recommending Richer Sounds to others.

We wouldn't really shop anywehre else and have been loyal customers for dewcades, still the best ever audiovisual shopping experience no doubt!

Excellent recommendation from Rob at Nottingham for a specific type of product. He answered all my questions promptly and professionally, offered to arrange a demo at their store (which I did not take up) and then arranged for the item to be delivered to my home. Delivery was the day after order, in perfect condition by DPD. The speaker is superb and exactly what I wanted.

Richer sounds incredible good price outstanding service mega quick delivery

Knowledgeable and friendly staff member - didn’t pressurise me into a purchase - advised me of the correct product to meet my needs - wasn’t in stock so ordered next day delivery- top service from the Nottingham branch

Excellent service great company I've used them before over the years and would recommend them.

Top staff and best value electronics there is going. They are not pushy and don't recommend you to have the best/most expensive. They gave a 10% discount on an already-discounted TV, and then helped me carry it out and load it in the car. I will be returning!

Very helpful, friendly knowledgeable Staff.
Great Price
Easy Parking
No pressure selling
A really pleasant experience.

An on-time delivery, an excellent product and a very satisfied customer. Thanks.

Extremely pleased with the TV, the price, and the further VIP discount - open box, but as it's from Richer Sounds I know I'm buying with confidence.
Lovely, helpful, informative staff. Easy to park and pick up. Let me leave the car there while i walked my dog as we'd driven down from Sheffield to collect. The best.
Would not hesitate to buy again from them - if I'm after AV equipment and I can purchase it from Richer Sounds, that's what I always do.

Nottingham shop staff very friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy sales. They had what I wanted and even help me load it into my vehicle. Excellent on price and extra warranty included. Worth having a look in there shop...

Ben and Tony were absolutely outstanding and delivered top notch customer service. A credit to Richer Sounds and first time shopping here which was fantastic!

Great customer service as always.

It was a real pleasure purchasing my headphones from Richer Sounds. The service provided was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a long and uninterrupted session in the listening room trying out various headphones. When I had made my decision Tony offered the headphones I had used at a greatly reduced price. Very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended.

We looked at various record decks and decided which model to purchase. We placed our order late Friday afternoon. We paid for the deck to be delivered on Monday. The only disappointment was that we received an email on Saturday morning informing us that the deck would be delivered later that afternoon, which would usually be fantastic service had it not been for it being the first home game of the premier league lol Our neighbour was kind enough to accept delivery. Many thanks
