Richer Sounds - Preston Reviews 

My tv stopped working so I contacted customer service and they said it wasn’t worth fixing so I got 10% off the price of the tv for every year I’d had it. So I still had enough money left to put towards a new tv which was in the VIP sale. Worked out as an absolute bargain. The staff at Richer sounds Preston took the order for my new tv and it was delivered to me the next day. Thank you Harrison and Matt at that branch more than helpful all the way. And Ilias at customer service too. Me now am a happy happy Customer and I always am after dealing with Richer Sounds.Need I say more I could but I’d be writing for a week

All the guys at Richie sounds was absolutely brilliant and so helpful when I went in to buy my tv. They had loads of time for me and to go through the options which were best suited for me. I would definitely recommend them. 100%. I will be definitely going back. Thank you Richie sounds. 10/10.

Friendly helpful staff. This is difficult because I know they can’t stock everything. Wanted an internet/DAB radio, had to order one and have it delivered to home to try, with the option to return/exchange it if I wasn’t happy. There were a couple of units I would have liked to compare but that wasn’t an option in store. As it happens I was happy with my first choice, so happy days.

Called into Preston at Xmas for advice on a video projector. Explained I wouldn't be buying for 6 months but still got a great deal of personal advice. Emailed recently to see if there was a newer or better option and was reassured that the model Id originally fancied was still the class leader. Agreed to buy it and was given a discount (unexpectedly) since I was still some weeks from moving into my new house.

I buy anything that is TV or hifi related from richer sounds as the prices are always reasonable, the staff are always friendly and well informed and don't pressure you into buying anything you don't need. The 6 year guarantees are a nice touch as well.

Problem with television sorted new one came day aftet

Excellent service and advice. I recently went in to ask about some earbuds I had seen on line. I didn’t want to spend a lot as at 75 I’m now hard of hearing and not able to appreciate the audio subtlety I used to enjoy. However the assistant was patient and helpful and not snobby about my lo-fi choice. I’m pleased with my purchase and the service I received. RS are always competitive on price and helpful and accommodating in helping you to make your choice irrespective of your criteria.

After a lot of product browsing and changing my mind about brands, sizes and models a number of times, it was so surprising when I called Richer Sounds, I did know the brand but the warmth of the discussion with people who really knew what they were talking about and were very customer focussed with the ability to get things done was truly a super nice experience, impressed.
