The guy in the shop had a proper understanding of the TVs on offer unlike some of the larger retailers. Got 6 year warranty and had some problems setting the TV up (couldn’t get player or ITVX) so rang the Preston branch for help. I was guided through r the steps I needed to take to sort the problem. Very patient and courteous. I would recommend Richer Sounds to be anyone and will go back there for future purchases.

Howie the store manager came & set everything up, great service & advice, made sure we had everything set up before he left.
Brilliant TV, Soundbar much better than the tv speakers yet to test the Dolby Atmos out on the Blue ray player. Overall very pleased with purchase & service from Richer Sounds.

Spoke with Howie about the qualities of the LG OLED56C56LB TV I was thinking of purchasing and returned three days later to do so. A 6 year warranty was included. Delivery was the next day, free of charge and arrived when stated. Excellent service throughout.

Fantastic customer service.
Bought a projector a year ago from them. Developed a fault. Took it in for repair. Manufacturer was taking too long to resolve it so Richer Sounds (Preston) replaced with a brand new one. Bought a few things from these guys. Always a great service.

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Matt offered to give a demonstration of the equipment I was looking for on a date of my choosing. I did that and subsequently bought the item and am very happy with my purchase. Very accommodating with arranging a weekend delivery and follow up support if I had any issues with set up. Also a six year warrantee gives reassurance.

I knew what I wanted before I walked in. Ordered item to be delivered to the store. When I went to collect, extremely friendly, informing me if I had any issues with setup to give them a call. I didn’t ask for help but was offered it, that’s top tier customer service right there.

From my initial enquiry to Richer Sounds to my purchase the process was made ever so simple. Matthew dealt with enquiry and answered my queries confirming which TV I wished to purchase . He identified this TvLG OLED42C54LA was available at the warehouse . This was delivered to the Preston Store the next morning and Matthew kindly lifted it to our car

Initially I struggled to fit the stand ...bit awkward and would recommend an electric screwdriver ... but the actual TV set up was quite straightforward and I love my new TV. Thankyou

The specs online (Richer Sounds and manufacturers websites) were not complete so confusing.
I popped in to my local store and they were a great help. Chatted over my options and advised me on their best recommendation without trying to upsell me anything else.
Delivered really quickly too, but the in store experience was great. (Thank you James!!)

Purchased 65" tv and speaker package via phone to Preston shop. Whole experience was great even with the tv having a fault. Phone call to shop and exchange was agreed and processed very quickly. Thanks Matt, will shop again when in the market.

Fantastic experience with Richer Sounds. I pre-ordered the 77” Samsung S90F OLED and was kept well informed the whole time, with clear and timely updates before delivery. The TV arrived exactly as expected, well handled, and the process was completely hassle-free.
The picture quality is on another level — incredibly sharp with rich colours and deep blacks that make movies and sports look amazing. A big thank you to the staff as well for their professionalism and great communication throughout.
If you’re buying a premium TV, you really can’t go wrong with Richer Sounds. Highly recommended!

Bought a new tv for a friend who couldn't see what was going on with the channel guide. Bigger TV, bigger letters and job done. Well priced and available in store.

Ordered some acoustic energy ae100 mk 2. More than happy.

I am pleased with the Audio Technica turntable and the Steljes NS3 speakers but had some difficulty setting up the speakers with the banana plugs provided which were poor quality and did not connect properly. Eventually I had to abandon them and connect the stripped terminal wires directly to get the right speaker to function correctly.

Shop manager arranged delivery at no charge. Excellent service
