Having trouble with my hi fi system that I couldn’t resolve Howie branch manager at Preston came over and sorted out also making improve ments to it this is the reason I only shop at Richer sounds for anything hi fi always so on the ball and helpful

Immensely helpful suggestions for a replacement for my cd player, even giving a contact who might be able to repair the old machine.This was not possible so I purchased a Cyrus 40 which I am running in. Thanks to the staff for getting my music back!! And at a good price.

Great Experience
Good communication, delivered the Tv's to branch the next day for pick up. Guys in the Preston store helped carry out the TV's and were good natured and pleasant. Just an overall good experience. Would recommend 5 star

The staff are incredibly knowledgable and helpful and genuinely want the best for the customer even if that means recommending a lower price option. I have alway used Richer Sounds for my hi-fi ant TV purchases since the early 1990's and will continue to do so! Keep up the excellent work Julian and team!!!!!

Good price excellent support
The product is great, and the price was right. I had a small issue with delivery, but this was resolved superbly by Richer Sounds support, who couldn't have been more helpful. The reason you should shop with Richer Sounds rather than other online mega-retailers. Thank you, see you again.

Thank you for your review, although huge apologies about the delivery issues of course. The delivery was arranged for the Saturday following, the colleague selecting a premium service completely free of charge, however due an admin error right at the end of the process, despatch was only successful on the Monday.
I've spoken to the colleague who completely held his hands up to the honest mistake and wanted me to apologise to you publicly here. Hopefully you can see that such human errors, albeit inevitable, are rare, and I'm sorry we let you down.

Richer Sounds are my “Go To” retailer…
Richer Sounds are my “Go To” retailer for quality hi-fi components. In truth, I often check products and prices with other retailers but, I’ve found Richer Sounds are rarely beaten. The VIP club membership is a real bonus, often providing great discounts on super quality products which I always research first with What Hi-Fi etc to get the best reviews before buying. Staff are always friendly and responsive to questions and the pick up or delivery service are always excellent. I just wish Richer Sounds would expand into Spain as choice is limited there and like for like products are always much more expensive. Several times I’ve bought equipment from Richer Sounds in the UK and taken it to Spain. So come on guys…a massive expat community is waiting !! Keep up the excellent pricing, product choice and service.
