What I wanted was in stock and the assistant was very helpful in packaging my purchase so I could carry it out.

Very helpful in choosing my usb turntable. Also was very creative in assisting me to safely manoeuvre a large box on my trolley by tapping the box to my trolley which deserves a big thumbs up.

Knowledgeable and competitive pricing after some discussion with the store to match an online retailer price. Quick delivery. If you are agonising over what hifi to buy and want a good deal (as I was) it is worth considering Richer Sounds (Solihull).

I knew what tv I wanted richer sounds did the best price and a 6 year warranty Marcus the guy who I spoke to didn’t overstate the anti glare option I was looking for but it did surpass my expectations I’ve recommend richer sounds to family and friends for many years now I they have never let us down

Placed an order over the internet and was looking for delivery. By accident I booked click and collect. The Solihull branch were able to correct y mistake and arraged delivery. Excellent support.

Our Sony TV failed after 5 years and 2 months BUT we had bought it from Richer Sounds with an extra years free guarantee (6 years). Richer Sounds reacted quickly to check out the problem (TV beyond economical repair) and made us a fair offer to recompense us. We accepted and bought a new TV from Richer Sounds with another 6 year guarantee. We really like the way Richer Sounds do business.

Markus was so welcoming and interested in hearing exactly what we were looking for in a new set of speakers He made some great suggestions and explained how each set of speakers might meet our requirements. He then set us up to listen to as much as we wanted. He was attentive without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble for him, we didn’t feel rushed despite us arriving near to closing time. Would definitely come back to the Solihull branch based on this experience

My plan was to upgrade my old 24 year hifi set up in stages, didn't want to rush. Stuart helped last month with the peice which was my marantz amplifier, I went back last week for my speaker upgrade. I love the advice you get here, from real audio people and that know their stuff. Wasn't rushed, ended up buying something I probably wouldn't have if I was just on the webpage. Being able to listen to them was a great help. Will be back in a few weeks for another purchase/ next stage.

Richer Sounds shop in Solihull not inviting

I ordered my Denon turntable by phone with Martin, the Solihull store manager, who was most helpful.
It was delivered promptly and on time.
It is now all set up and my vinyl collection sounds marvellous.

The salesperson was excellent and this is what is lacking in a lot of places. We had visited a competitor and their salesperson tried to push a product we had no interest in presumably to hit a sales target. Totally different experience at richer sounds. No pressure selling just genuine information. The whole set up is tailored to meet the needs I have when making a purchase. Thank you.

Professional, polite and knowledgeable staff who took the time to understand my needs and recommend the most suitable solution. Slightly disappointed that you have closed your central Birmingham outlet but will certainly return to the Solihull branch soon.

Every one who I dealt with was very kind and helpful nothing was to much trouble

i visited the Solihull store with an unusual request; setting up a sound system for my model railway.
Martin advised on choice of speaker but also suggested a small amplifier would greatly improve the sound quality and volume.

Samuel helped me with this a couple of weeks later and i was also kitted out with wires.

The sound is amazing, so thanks chaps!!!
