Purchased a new TV from the Solihull branch Sam was very good sorted out everything for me the staff are knowledgeable friendly and very customer focused the prices are also very competitive the delivery was also good a lot of care taken on top of that you get an extra year's warranty on your product which makes the whole experience first class would highly recommend

Richer Sounds are my default place to go for advice on anything 'hi-fi related'. I needed a new A/V amp as my existing one was faulty. Selecting a replacement was a challenge but when I outlined my existing setup to Karl, he explained the different options and the pros/cons of each which helped me select the perfect replacement. I'm very pleased with it - a Denon AVR-X2800H. Thank you.

Spoke to the tech over the phone about the TV I was interested in really good explanation on my issues, on the strength decided to order online, order went through at 3.45 pm Thursday afternoon delivered 07.45 am Friday morning. TV was better than expected plus a 7 year warranty to boot couldn't be happier

My wife and I were at a loss as our stand alone Sony Hi-if system had a technical problem which made it irreparable. Fortunately we also have a Technics system and visited Richer Sounds to see if a CD player could be incorporated. If this was possible I had a good idea which model would suffice. Marcus was most helpful confirming that this TAGA player would be ideal and helped us with guidance on setting it up so purchased one. It was to be delivered online and we were given a timescale of 3 days using free delivery. We were so pleased that it arrived next day and was easy to set up. The quality of sound is brilliant and we are using it a great deal more than the old system.
We have no hesitation in recommending Richer Sounds due to their personalised, helpful and knowledgable service we received.

I have been looking for a turn table to play vynl that I have had and not played for many years on for a while I found one online and the best price was on richer sounds fantastic price!!
I collected from store ( as I work week days) I chose the Solihull store as the Birmingham store is no longer there (🥲)
I was kept updated on the delivery and I arranged to pick it up on the Saturday the staff we very nice and assured me I could set it up on my own but could call if I had any problems
I have set it up myself and cleaned all my vynl and started playing them reliving my youth 😂
Fantastic set up great service definitely use this company again
