Very competitive price and very helpful and pleasant sales staff. However the most impressive feature was the help I received when there was some difficulty in connecting the TV to the Wifi signal. Mak (deputy manager) came to my home to try and solve the problem and arranged for the TV to be collected for more tests. He then diagnosed the problem and told me how I could solve it in conjunction with the broadband service provider. I felt he 'went the extra mile'.

I have purchased a number of TVs and AV from RS over the years. I have found telesales could do with a little more training as they cant answer specific questions very well. However, I have found Southgate staff are brilliant. They are knowledgeable, not at all pushy and they make me feel at ease with the service and my choices.

Mak was patient, well informed, polite and really helpful in explaining the TV options. It was so much better to talk to someone in-store than face a barrage of choices online. Plus the price was very competitive.

I got in contact with Ali about advice for a small set of hifi bookshelf speakers,for a small room.I did have a couple in mind and went on the recommended dali sonic 1 speakers.he gave me a great deal which I immediately went for.I paid for them at around 3pm and received them the next day,which was incredibly quick.The speakers are absolutely perfect.I would definitely recommend richer sounds,especially ali as he was very helpful answering all my questions.probably the best hifi store in the uk with incredible stock and knowledge.Will carry on buying from them.

Customer Service has always been great. I was able to bring my speakers in, hook up to various Amps and test in their sound proof room without hassle or sales pitches.

Then got delivered to the store what i wanted for safety and received a phonecall when it was ready.

Staff are always polite and willing to discuss your needs. And the stores are well laid out.

I ordered a new tv online, at a great price, to collect at the southgate store.

Staff were great, especially Mak who helped me load an oversized screen into an undersized car!

Great service and advice from Mac, as usual, and good pricing. Delivery absolutely on time as promised.

We wanted to upgrade our tv experience and on receiving an email with offers we went to the Southgate store to seek guidance on our possible purchase. We spoke to Dan who gave his informed opinion and we purchased a LG TV + soundbar. What sets Richer Sounds apart is the after sales service, so Im not a techie and struggled with the set up, but I called the store spoke to Dan a couple of times and the installation was completed. Many thanks !!

I called the telesales phone number and was put through to the Southgate store. Steve answered quickly and was knowledgeable about the TV I was after. He promptly found the credit on my account from a previous warranty claim and this was applied without issue. My TV was with me the next day. Fantastic service and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a TV!

we spoke to your employee at Southgate re a new stylus , he said they had them in stock and would put one aside for when my wife called in. Due to parking problems on the day , I dropped my wife off at your store , the stylus was there for her and was shown how to fit it. Great service and price.

Amazing store with very knowledgeable staff, two people who stand out are Dan and Mac.
I spoke with Dan on the phone and he explained everything I needed to know about the tv I needed.
When I visited the store in Southgate I was greeted by Mac who was very helpful and went over and beyond to help me.
I explained I’d already spoken with his colleague and knew what I wanted.
Mac arranged for delivery the following day!
I would highly recommend this store.

Staff helpful - but IT can be complicated -! We both ended up reading the website - which I had already read before I entered the store. Having said that it is much better to buy in store than on line to make sure that you get what you want
