Fantastic company.
Ordered a TV online and within a short amount of time, a date and time was given for the delivery. They kept me up to date with the delivery process. I have used Richer Sounds many times in the past, and have never had a single problem with them. After the TV was delivered, they even called myself the day after, and asked if i needed any help in setting up the TV and was everything OK with the delivery. I wish other Companys would look after their customers like Richer Sounds.

This store has been my go to for 30 years plus! The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

As usual the website and in store staff were excellent and very helpful, the emails from DPD about the parcel (which I asked to be taken to my local store, not too my house), were confusing and made me think I’d done something wrong!

But good product and service

Super friendly service and the staff went out of their way to help with my enquiry and subsequent purchase.

This was my first purchase with Richer Sounds and it was ordered and paid for online.The process was very straight forward and communication regarding delivery and collection times excellent.So glad they have there own parking area,which was just across the road.On entering the store there was available staff willing to assist,and a nice display of equipment for sale.I would visit this store again.

The salesman wasn't very knowledgeable. He might have been new as he did go and ask when I asked about radio stations.
Got the product I wanted Wiim amp. A coffee would have been nice.
I visited the store last year and the salesman was very knowledgeable about the Wiim. That's why I returned plus I've had good experiences with Richer Sounds in the past. Pleased with my Wiim amount.

I prefer visiting showroom rather than buy on line . Salesperson was efficient and professional as was delivery driver . Both an asset to your firm . 10/10 .

Fantastic assistance with expert knowledge. Have been buying from Richer Sounds over many years and never been disappointed.

Warmly greeted and very helpful from the start. I needed an updated tv which had to be able to fit in a cabinet and we spent a bit of time sorting something suitable , I came away happy with my choice. I wold not hesitate to use Richer Sounds again.

Great service , very helpful staff especially John from the Stockport branch who helped me pick my record player/speakers explained everything clearly of how to set up etc… explained delivery was the next day and was kept up to date with time of arrival , arrived properly packaged and I set it up myself lol following John’s instructions and I’m loving my record player …. What a pleasure to deal with a professional company, whose attentive staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. From first contacting the Stockport branch, their communication was excellent, arranging a demonstration when it suited me. And the bonus for me, my chosen kit was in stock!
