Please be advised that I went your store in Watford on 29 June 2026.
I am a foreigner and I don't live here . I bought ATLP5X turntable from your store . There was a lady( partially disabled ) and a black guy ( probably store manager).
I had problem with credit card transaction with them. They have charged my Amex and Visa card twice and both time transaction didn't get through and provided cancelled receipts. both saying that they don't accept those credit card which required signature and then the manager said its their policy.
But the again he said that he can accept my same credit card only for one time and he completed the transaction of GBP 289.00 and handover the Turntable. when i came home i got an email alert that GBP 289 transaction was by made by Richer Sounds. Then i went next day on 30 June at your store in Watford and the Lady said we have cancelled those transaction in the machine .
That's fine and then I wanted to buy few stylus and record cleaning product but she refused to serve me and said we cannot accept your card and she didn't bother to ask me whether I interested pay in cash.
Anyway I left your store that day. after couple days day later I went your Holborn branch in London and i got the proper service from your staff my credit card worked perfectly fine.
I would appreciate it if you look into this issue and why two different rules apply.

This is only the 2nd time in 15 years that I have used Richer Sounds. I usually buy from online retailer's. What a spectacular service from start to finish.
Initially Heather offered me £10 off a price I had already found online. Product ordered and delivered at a date I choose. With in a week or so of using this £2000 TV, it did not live up to the reviews and hype and was shockingly disappointing. Coming from an LG C2, I know what I'm talking about.
Head office directed me to Lloyd at this branch (Watford). Lloyd called me and offered to help with some in-store demos.
I attended the store where Lloyd had set up some demos (Samsung S95F series) based on my feedback. This man has tha patience of a saint, the personality of an angel and agility of Messi! Not only was I even more confused by the tips and tricks that Lloyd walked me through, but I was amazed that this was far from a hard sell. It was legitimate help...
I went home, had a think and back to the store to demo the take a look at the G5. I left the store, had a look online, emailed Lloyd and done deal.
I felt like a member of my family who was truly interested in my wellbeing was looking after me. Lloyd, thank you for being you. I appreciate your help.
And the TV?
Well it's only been 1 day. Hopefully this is Happy Days!

It was delivered on time with delivery guys keeping me updated.
I set the unit up with my existing sound system, however a had a slight technical challenge of compatibility. Phoned Watford branch and we worked out a solution in a 30 min call.

I was on the phone for 25 mins whilst the shop assistant tried to get the portal to take payment to work. Very upset to be badgered on the phone by you to amend feedback.
Yes , I did complete a purchase by card payment over the phone in the normal way. So your reply is false.
