Tydzień temu kupiłem u nich głośnik jbl partybox ultimate, na trzeci dzień dostarczył mi go kurier z dpd ale po otwarciu pudełka okazało się ze głośnik jest uszkodzony,napisałem do nich i bardzo szybko zajęli się moja sprawa,kurier odebrał uszkodzony a Richard sounds zamówiłem dla mnie nowy głośnik,już nie wysłali go did tylko swoją drugą firmą wysyłkową Aramex,głośnik był już zabezpieczony i na osobnej palecie.Brawo dla całego zespołu Richer Sounds,jesteście godni polecenia👍👍👍

Excellent customer service from Richer Sounds.

I bought a pair of Monitor Audio Silver 100 7G speakers, but unfortunately they arrived with a cosmetic defect. When I contacted Richer Sounds, they immediately agreed to a replacement without any hassle.

As the walnut finish I originally wanted was no longer available, they very generously offered me equivalent speakers from two more expensive brands at no extra cost. In the end, I decided to stay with the same model and chose the black finish instead.

What impressed me most was the level of service. John, who is a Managing Director at the company, personally delivered the replacement speakers to my door. He was incredibly polite and professional.

A special thank you to John and everyone else I dealt with throughout the process. They were always responsive, helpful, and focused on finding a solution.

I know Richer Sounds already has a reputation for offering great prices, but after experiencing this level of customer service, I would probably choose to buy from them even if they weren't the cheapest option.

Excellent experience with Richer Sounds from start to finish.

Kenny was extremely helpful throughout the purchase and worked hard to put together a great deal on the TCL TV and soundbar. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process straightforward.

Emma was also fantastic with the delivery updates, keeping me informed and making sure I knew exactly what was happening. The communication and customer service were excellent.

The products arrived safely, and I’m very happy with both the deal and the overall service. A big thank you to Kenny, Emma and the Richer Sounds team. I would definitely recommend them and will happily shop with Richer Sounds again.

Avoid this business at all costs. I bought a television from Richersounds on the 21st of January 2026 and stored the television safely upon delivery in a spare bedroom in the original packaging until the 30th of August 2026 as the room the television was due to be mounted in was not ready yet. I opened the box on Sunday the 30th of August 2026 for the first time and the screen is defective with lines running down the length of the screen. I contacted the deputy manager of Richersounds for a repair or replacement and I was told that this is not covered under the year warranty or the 6 year warranty offered with this Philips television. I was told this is unfortunate and that I would be offered a discount on another television. I have emailed back and forth about this issue to no avail. This is genuine issue and not user error and I have been left with a broken television and no means of repairing or replacing it.  Avoid this company if you value your consumer rights as they will not be upheld!

We purchased a Panasonic audio system similar to one we have in Australia. To begin with we had a bad experience. The unit came with a CD stuck in the tray which indicated that it was possibly a demonstration model. Emma at Richer Sounds quickly arranged for a replacement to be despatched which is perfect. Her responsive service quickly rectified a problem and has given us a very positive view of the company despite that initial issue.

Delivery by DPD was a bit unpredictable as they did not follow instructions and attempted delivery on a day they had been told we would be out. All worked out in the end.

I have made a few purchases from Richer Sounds over the past number of years and have always received 1st. class service. Items delivered quickly and safely and, so far , working perfectly. Their customer service is exceptional.

I got what I wanted at a good price.

I ordered an item that required a certain level of technical knowledge to set up and work. Emma in Ricker Sounds Belfast spotted this potential issue, so phoned/voicemail and emailed me to check I knew about the possible issue and was ok to continue with the order.
Once I had confirmed I was Ok with it, it was delivered the next working day. She then followed up to make sure I had received the item and was happy with it.

I bought a 65-inch Samsung QD-OLED TV from Richer Sounds Belfast. At the time, Samsung was offering a 15% cashback promotion on the purchase. Combined with Richer Sounds competitive pricing, it made for a fantastic deal and so I went ahead with the order. The TV arrived much faster than expected and has been great so far.

As per the terms and conditions, I waited 30 days before applying through Samsung’s cashback portal. My initial claim was rejected because Samsung stated the proof of purchase photo was missing, which was strange, as I had uploaded a photo of the TV showing the order number. I then resubmitted using the official PDF receipt emailed by Richer Sounds, but Samsung rejected the claim again, claiming that "The qualifying product was not purchased from a participating retailer".

Following this, I contacted Samsung’s cashback support twice by phone and once by email. Although the support agents were polite and agreed that I was eligible, I never received any updates or follow-ups. Throughout this time, I kept Richer Sounds Belfast in the loop. They agreed that the claim should have been approved and I made sure they knew I didn't blame them for Samsung's mistakes.

However, after two weeks of getting nowhere with Samsung, I decided to send a formal email to Richer Sounds Belfast outlining my consumer rights and requesting to return the TV.

Kenny, the Belfast store manager, stepped in the next day to resolve the issue. Even though I knew it wasn't Richer Sounds' fault, he offered a partial refund to cover what Samsung should have approved in cashback and offered a sincere apology.

I was very pleased that Richer Sounds Belfast stepped in to resolve the matter and I hope the store is able to recoup the money from Samsung.

This was my first time purchasing a product from Richer Sounds Belfast and if their pricing is competitive with other retailers, I won't hesitate to buy from them again, particularly due to their great customer care. Hopefully next time there won't be any shenanigans with Samsung cashback.

I live in RoI and use this website all the time to buy audio equipment. The prices can be shown in Euros and you can buy confident that there are no customs charges. They have a wide range of products, at great prices, and with detailed information. And, super fast shipping with DPD: e.g. ordered online on Friday before noon and had the item (PC speakers) THE NEXT MORNING in Midlands.

I can confidently state that this team possesses a profound understanding of their products. I have acquired several speakers from them, and each order was processed and shipped on the same day, arriving within one to two business days. Their pricing is notably more competitive than that of AV.com or Auditorium, and their pre-sales and post-sales support are consistently exceptional. I had a very positive experience with Richer Sounds.

The television was competitively priced, arrived exactly as described, and I am extremely happy with its quality and performance.

Unfortunately, there were significant delays and communication problems with the courier, Aramex. However, throughout the process, Richer Sounds’ customer service was excellent. Their team kept in regular contact with me, made repeated efforts to resolve the situation, and genuinely tried to make things right. Their communication and professionalism were impressive, especially considering the delivery problems were outside their direct control.

Based on my experience, I would happily purchase from Richer Sounds again. The only thing I would do differently is request a different courier if possible, as I would not choose Aramex for future deliveries.

Staff were very helpful in-store and were also more conscious of my budget than expected. I thought that the goal was going to be to sell whatever was most expensive, but instead we had conversations about whether the extra money for something more expensive was actually worth it.

I initially wasn’t pleased with what I purchased, but after a few days of tinkering I realised I had made a huge mistake in asking about refunds and returns. What I bought was in fact perfect for me and the advice given was absolutely spot on.

I bought a Philips television from Richer Sounds online and it was delivered via courier nice and quick. Unfortunately, the TV had a fault with the screen and I contacted Richer Sounds that evening to advise and ask their advice.

To my delighted amazement, the Director, John got back to me after hours and between him and Emma in the office arranged a replacement, shipping and pick ip of the broken unit in rapid time. I let them know on Monday night and had the replacement by Friday. Easily the best electronics customer service I've encountered and that's before you look at things like the 6 year guarantee.

Richer Sounds are probably the best place on the island of Ireland to buy a tv, their prices are very competitive, but honestly the great customer service will have me coming back. Highly highly recommended, and thank you to John and Emma again for helping me.
