Leaking roll-on damaged my clothes
I recently purchased Rid Roll-On for my overseas travel. Upon arriving at my destination I noticed it had leaked over my luggage ruining my clothes. I wrote to the company about this seeking their solution for this problem. They didn't offer me reimbursement for my damaged clothes or even a refund or replacement for the defective product. They simply wrote back saying this happens all the time when flying and suggested I wrap it in paper towel and keep in a zip lock bag. It's disappointing to think that in this day and age that a more effective roll-on applicator hasn't been sought, especially considering that all roll-on deodorants I take with me on my trips are not leaking, and the roll-on technology is almost 100 old - the roll-ons were invented in the 1940s.
So be aware that Rid sells defective products, doesn't notify your customers about that in advance (there's not a single word on the package about the necessity to keep the roll-on in a zip lock bag) and doesn't make an effort to change that. Don't buy their roll-ons or you will end up with ruined clothes just like I did.
