The enviroment!- very professional- very one to one- no outside noise so you can really intergrate with the seller- jorden is an absolute master of his trade- knows so much about watches and explains things in an easy to understand manner - the lay out and service was top notch and dont think it can be beaten anywhere else - personally never had that kind of experience - his prices are the best ive known - jorden is down to earth and very fair - does not look down his nose at you - I said to him amd i meant what i said- in myself - he has a customer for life- its nice to purchase something face to face other than just online- the whole day out to ridee on time watches in cardif from brighton at nearly 200 miles was well worth the experience and will be doing again for sure on my next time piece absolutely !- thank you once again :)

I recently purchased a Rolex GMT-Master II “Root Beer” and had a great experience throughout. Communication was clear and professional from the start, and the watch arrived exactly as described.

There was a small issue with sizing initially, but Jordan handled it straight away and provided an extra link at no cost, which made the fit perfect. Really appreciated the quick response and willingness to help.

Overall, very happy with the service and the watch – would definitely recommend and buy again.

Just purchased a rolex rootbeer from Jordan ,the experience was first class from start to finish! Delivery was still prompt even with it been the Christmas holidays . The communication from Jordan at anytime was good and when the watch arrived a was thinking I needed an extra link he was straight on to say he will order 1 have it straight to me with no charge , a dont think you could asked for a better service.
