Compro qualche anno fa un mobile per il bagno con piano in Cristalplant, materiale definito "eterno".
Dopo qualche anno il piano comincia a fratturarsi da solo, contatto il negozio che mi dice che non tratta assolutamente più prodotti RiFRA (non indago oltre e prendo atto).
Scrivo direttamente a RiFRA che (con calma) mi chiede delle foto.
Mandate le foto, mi rispondono che il piano non è riparabile (ma va?) ma ho la grande opportunità di comprarne uno nuovo alla modica cifra di 2.000€+IVA (considerato che l'avevo acquistato a ca. 900€ direi un affarone). Il montaggio poi sono affari miei e devo pagarmelo a parte.

In ultimo, potrei sbagliarmi, ma occhio perchè alcune entità societarie riconducibili a RiFRA appaiono ad oggi in liquidazione, e sono presenti aste giudiziarie (gennaio 2026) presso il Tribunale di Monza riguardanti singoli lotti di prodotti RiFRA (come sanitari e arredi bagno), possibilmente riconducibili proprio a procedure di liquidazione.
Ma - ripeto - magari mi sbaglio. Verificate.

Ich habe bei Rifra eine Küche gekauft. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten. Ganz schlechter Service, viel zu teuer und absolut unzuverlässig. Jetzt muss ich von Deutschland aus gegen die Firma vorgehen weil die sich nicht mal mehr melden. Keine Antwort und telefonieren verweigern sie auch. Die schlechteste Küchenfirma überhaupt. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich dort niemals eine Küche gekauft. Machen Sie es besser auch nicht.

Ho acquistato una cucina da Rifra. Posso solo sconsigliarlo a tutti. Servizio pessimo, troppo costoso e assolutamente inaffidabile. Ora devo agire contro l'azienda tedesca perché non mi contattano nemmeno più. Nessuna risposta e si rifiutano anche di telefonare. La peggiore azienda di cucine di sempre. Se lo avessi saputo non avrei mai comprato una cucina lì. Meglio non farlo neanche tu.

I bought a kitchen from Rifra. I can only advise everyone against it. Very bad service, far too expensive and absolutely unreliable. Now I have to take action against the company from Germany because they don't even contact me anymore. No answer and they also refuse to make phone calls. The worst kitchen company ever. If I had known that, I would never have bought a kitchen there. Better not do it either.

Please do me a favor and NEVER work with this company! At first all goes well, their stuff is pretty and the first person very helpful. Then you pay the 50% to finalize your order and that is where the customer service ends! Impossible to get them on the telephone, the order doesn't come when it is supposed to, they do not answer. Meanwhile you are getting more frustrated than you probably ever have in a renovation project. Then they blackmail you saying unless you pay the remaining 50% they won't install, so you do. Then they show up 3 months later instead of the week you paid. And if you want to change anything they refuse to give your money back. Once installation is finished you never hear from them again even if there are problems they should fix. In 20 years of renovating houses this is by far the worst company I have ever worked with!

NEVER again Rifra!!!
We hired Rifra to renovate the kitchen and bathroom of our holiday apartment in Locarno. At first, everything seemed perfect – we received friendly advice at their showroom in Locarno, and we really liked the proposed concept.

However, shortly after signing the contract, the problems began. Our contact person suddenly disappeared, and every employee we dealt with – including the CEO – proved to be completely incompetent, overwhelmed, and utterly indifferent to our project. There were several price increases because, all of a sudden, they claimed that certain things could not be done as originally agreed in the contract.

Then came the delivery delays. My husband had to constantly chase them, otherwise we would probably still be waiting today!

There were also a number of defects, only some of which were fixed (here too, only after several emails and repeated follow-ups)
E.g. The refrigerator door still jams, but Rifra no longer responds to our emails.

They also did not use high-quality materials as promised! The shower glass has small cracks, and the shower tray developed stains after only a short time, even though we clean it properly and frequently.

We will never hire Rifra again. We are currently renovating our other apartment with a different company, and everything there is running smoothly.

We strongly advise everyone to stay away from Rifra – a true nightmare!

Vedo solo recensioni negative … capisco perché sono in liquidazione

State lontani da queste persone.
Cone dicono molti gentili solo fino al pagamento, poi solo disorganizzazione.
E' L'UNICA COSA CHE VERAMENTE GLI INTERESSA. IL PAGAMENTO.

Qualità non corrispondente al costo, pessimo servizio post vendita, ritardo nella consegna per di più gestito da una persona maleducata e scostante.
Per non parlare dell’intervento di riparazione che attendo da un anno e mezzo su più parti della cucina danneggiate dopo solo 6 mesi di utilizzo.
Pessima esperienza, peccato

Pessima qualità del prodotto, pessimo servizio post vendita. Problemi dall'inizio alla fine e un risultato mediocre. A un prezzo da boutique.
