We recently purchased a boat in Chelsea and we wanted to share our fantastic experience dealing with Caroline at Riverhomes. She was professional, accommodating and thoroughly lovely to deal with. She worked with great tenacity and patience to bring together a deal which we, and I'm sure her client, couldn't see a resolve at the beginning of negotiations. If you are considering selling a property or boat, I couldn't recommend Caroline and the team at Riverhomes more!

I would highly recommend Riverhomes to anyone who is looking to rent a flat. I had the pleasure to work with Caroline and Ines who are both very professional and friendly. The care and urgency they applied to our case were outstanding and they made renting a place a breeze.
I cannot give them a high enough recommendation.

Caroline Davidson was very professional and proactive throughout our negotiations. We couldn't have been in better hands. Erin Marshall was similarly proficient - communication was excellent at all times.

The only place to sell a boat in London. Rohan provided excellent professional, reliable and accurate service to sell my boat in St Kats. He knows boats and the local piers rules and regulations. He was easy to contact, replied quickly, gave honest feedback and stayed positive! Selling a boat in a tricky property market and most importantly navigating the sale to completion with the correct paperwork and timings.

Caroline and Ian provided a totally professional service, thoroughly covering every issue - including one's I forgot, friendly staff who seamlessly work as a team - so if one is not there the others are aware and manage the issue so everything keeps going. A pleasure to recommend to others.

Caroline and Ines were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of renting the property that is now our home. They always tried to find solutions to every difficulty and liaised between us and the owners in an excellent way. We can really recommend them.

As a landlord, have used RiverHomes several times (and even bought one of my flats from them over a decade ago).

I found them responsive, helpful, polite and a pleasure to work with, particularly Caroline and Ines in Putney.

RiverHomes is a "no-brainer" choice (to use an American cliche) for river-view properties.

Claim to be Houseboat specialists but are consistently unable to answer questions on the condition or technical aspects of boats which I think is quite an obvious thing to know.

I found myself looking for a rental property at very short notice after a bad experience with a well-known high street estate agency. Sue at riverhomes could not have been more helpful. All negotiations were handled with maximum transparency and minimum fuss. As a smaller office, riverhomes has a more local and personal feel: everyone in the office knew who I was and went out of their way to be accommodating.

Their management team is great too.

The staff at Riverhomes, notably Ben and Henry, proved very helpful when selling my place. Excellent communication throughout. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I chose them to do the job.

Kelijade is an absolute star. From the moment she became my property manager she was "All hands on deck" so to speak. She is professional, prompt, caring and goes out of her way to help anytime I had a question or something needed to be fixed. I give her 5 stars!

The service provided by Riverhomes was excellent both in the process of renting the apartment and upon leaving. When the landlady made exorbitant claims with regard to the move out clean, which were not mentioned in the contract and threatened not to release the deposit, both Keljade Holmes and Annabel Siong intervened and negotiated until she let go the full deposit. I am very grateful to both of them.

Riverhomes provide a great service. They're professional, flexible and friendly and have reliably sourced a series of excellent tenants for us over the years.

Excellent service by the Property Management team. As a landlord with some experience in property management, I was able to fully appreciate the lengths the team (Annabel and Kate) went to in order to ensure that the tenancy ran smoothly despite having difficult tenants. At the end of the tenancy, the team's accurate records enabled us to achieve a very healthy recovery from the DPS. Highly recommended.

Lovely house, lovely reception, lovely staff guiding us every step along the way, even after we moved in! Exceptional support by Annabel Siong, amongst others, for repairs/refurbishments.

Very good personal service and guidance through out the process. Phillip Cannon was great and so was Adam who delt with the nitty gritty ,day to day stuff. Just one issue is the 5% fee which I found excessive for a sale of £120,000.

Great service from both Nick and Charlie, would highly recommend to anyone selling or buying.
