Jack at Robert White Photographic went above and beyond helping me track down a part, that was now sadly out of production. Whilst many emails and photos were exchanged, with the thought, that maybe with enough info, it could be replicated on a 3D printer. He kept on hunting, and very luckily for me, he found one original part still in storage.
Looking forward to the post arriving, as I live on the other side of the world, and have not had to opportunity to visit the actual store or meet the staff in person.

I had purchased an ultra wide angle lens and I knew that there was a completely different filter system for wide angle lenses SW150 system so I went straight to Lee Filters for the SW150 filter holder but I was told that the filter holder was discontinued but Lee Filters said to try Robert White photographic which I did really pleased they had one in stock which I quickly ordered and they got it out to me super fast very pleased thank you Lee filters for telling me about Robert White photographic 😊

The telephone welcome and friendly, knowledgeable, professional advice were a big factor in coming back again to this long-established business. Ian gave a lot of time and care over the phone to putting my order together and so the whole experience was positive and reassuring. The careful packaging of all items was equally confidence-inspiring.
