As I am looking to expand my expertise in the IT field, I have found the advert online and enquire for more details. I received the Robust IT emails and phone calls the next day.
I had the chance to talk with Simon today and could not have a better person to chat with.
Simon seems to be so professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Simon listened to me and offered me all the details I asked for. Furthermore, Simon managed to answer some of my questions without me even asking and was one step ahead. On top of this, his sense of humour and forwardness was appreciated. After the phone conversation, Simon also emailed me all the info so I could have a look and consider my decision. Also, Simon asked when it would be a good time for me to have a follow-up call.
If all the Robust IT staff are like Simon, I believe it is the best place to be.

The team at Robust IT have been extremely helpful with my career change and the training provided. The training materials and delivery was very easy to follow and the suggested path was a great fit.

But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible after-support. Post-training, I found myself equipped not just with knowledge, but also with a responsive support team ever ready to address any queries or challenges. I completed an online form that appeared on my Instagram feed and, within ten minutes, received a prompt response from Simon Hirst. Initially sceptical, I regarded the communication as a potential scam and chose to ignore it. However, Simon followed up with a phone call the next day, allaying my concerns and confirming the legitimacy of the opportunity. Consequently, I have decided to enrol in a Cyber Security course.

Ten months ago, I decided to make a career change to cybersecurity. I had no prior IT or cybersecurity experience, but I was determined to succeed. After doing some research, I came across Robust IT, an online training company that offers a variety of cybersecurity courses.

I was impressed with Robust IT's commitment to helping students succeed. I attended a free webinar led by Jeremy D, a cybersecurity expert and mentor. Jeremy provided a comprehensive overview of the cybersecurity field and different career paths. He also answered my questions patiently and thoroughly.

After the webinar, I decided to enroll in Robust IT's Full Cyber blended course. This course covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics, including networking, security fundamentals, ethical hacking, and incident response. I was able to learn at my own pace and access the course materials from anywhere, which was very convenient.

In addition to the course materials, Robust IT also provides students with access to labs, 1-on-1 calls, onsite and virtual classrooms. I found the labs to be particularly helpful, as they allowed me to put my skills to the test and practice real-world scenarios.

Thanks to Robust IT's comprehensive training and support, I have earned four industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications. I am also in the process of securing a secondment in Threat Intelligence at my workplace.

I still have to certs to gain, well technically 1 (EC council CEH) but they were kind enough to add CompTIA CySa+ modules at my request, really appreciate that thank you.

I highly recommend Robust IT to anyone considering a career change to cybersecurity. Their courses are well-designed and informative, and their instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. I am confident that Robust IT can help you achieve your cybersecurity career goals.

I been with Robust IT since 2020 and but unfortunately my cancer progressed and had to have treatment which prevented me from completing course, so on the 11th Oct 2023 I commented on fb saying very good company and support you and said shame I could not complete with my illness next thing I know Darren from Robust IT messages me to email him some details, gave me a call this morning and enrolled me back into all my courses so I can complete what I started, blown away is an understatement this does not happen to me and I don't expect it, what a caring and supportive company, I hope the right people see this review and use Robust IT as they don't just want your money they really care 😊

I signed up to the Cyber Security training with Robust IT.

After filling out the interest form on Instagram I was very quickly contacted by Emma Crichton who talked me through how everything worked.

She was friendly, informative and accommodating and made me feel like I was in good hands.

Emma sent me lots of information to read through which was nicely laid out and easy to consume, and when I was ready to sign up, called me at the agreed time to take payment and get the ball rolling.

I’m very happy with the service received and look forward to going through the course material.

Everything was very smooth, Emma answered all my questions. She was very patient and quick to reply via email. Once enrolled i had all my sign in details and a phone call on the same day. Great experience and Emma was awesome.

Learning a new course is so scaring at first. But speaking with adi has really inspired me to continue to push myself forward and get this done. It that type of customer service that allow you to feel like your part of something big and I’m excited to see where this goes.

Had a very good experience, I was educated on the difference certifications within the cybersecurity course by Emma very throughly, to make sure the course was suitable for. Was onboarded on the course smoothly and contacted by a support advisor within the day I started the course talking me through what I would be learning in first module.

My honest option, Just stay away from this company. they are no good. they let me down and made things more difficult. i could not finish due to VERY! poor communication rude staff BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!, and still no job, after two years, and i still haven't finished. No one has called me to help me, they are so unhelpful. The one that got me is the abuse they gave me on the phone, they can not take criticism even if its positive. please STAY AWAY!
