I found the ad on instagram for the courses they offer and thought to check it out and I got to speak with Aaron Djemil who was truly amazing and wonderful to speak to. Efficient at giving information, answering questions and kept it friendly and professional, amazing experience and can’t wait to start the course.

I started the course 10th of March, everything was very well explained, also they offer you different ways of payment.
If you have any doubts, they assist you extremely fast and if you need any meeting they will book to solve the problem the next day, very happy with the process and the service.

I attended the online webinars for Network + with Jeremy and although I had some previous understanding of the subject matter, I was finally able to understand some of the harder concepts because of the simple, step-by-step, pace and technique with which it was delivered. Looking forward to the rest of the courses. It made me interested in learning what is a rather daunting subject. Thank you very much to Jeremy, Robust, and the entire team.

The company has been super informative and helpful about their available courses and finding payment options for the course to the point that I enjoy talking with the guys from the company!

Coming into this program with over a decade of IT support and consulting experience, I was no noob. However, Jeremy's classes have been a real eye opener. An exceptional instructor! with a wellspring of knowledge and experience in the cybersecurity and IT sphere. He's patient, engaging, and ensures everyone understands the core concepts. His teaching style makes learning enjoyable, and he even provides valuable career guidance.He dives deep into the foundational processes behind cloud concepts and their vast applications, connecting the dots in a way that made many things finally click for me. Those "aha!" moments were incredibly rewarding.

The Robust IT support system is epic. My course advisor, Darren, is always there to help – schedule classes, provide materials, and answer any questions I have. It's great to know there's always someone to reach out to. Just ask away and you'll be sorted.

I found the team very supportive and joining the classroom sessions is worth every breath of it you have an opportunity to explore more around your modules and learning base. I think in the end of this course I can see myself benefiting from it and doing great things for the military or government and I’m very keen to proceed and even if it gets tough it is to simply ask yourself what you could possibly benefit at the end of it all. But keep going with the tenacity and resilience to remember your biggest why’s of why you are doing it and I suggest everyone do the same.

Thought out my whole journey Robust IT have been on hand whenever I needed. The class's they put on be it in classroom or on online are led by Jeremy and he is such a good instructor. He take his time and makes sure everyone is on the same page before moving on to the next topic. He is even prone to stay online once the class is finished to do a bit of one to one if needed.

A fantastic team that are always ready to help with the course content, especially Sean and Emma. The course materials are accessible and mock exams prepare you well for the real thing even if you have no background in IT.

Robust IT is so far the best training provider for IT courses. They have good tutors and accessible training materials. To add on that their tuition fees are affordable and if you prefer a loan to fund the courses they do offer interest free loans just like student loans.
I can't regret registering with them for a cyber security course.
