Hi I have two Rock doors installed…
Hi I have two Rock doors installed which were installed by two different companies. Both doors are good quality, are well engineered and professionally installed. I have no negative comments to add and would have no hesitation recommending these doors.

This is a mixed review
This is a mixed review, and that is why I am giving 3 stars. The door itself is lovely visually and, when you look at it, it feels like a premium product. Unfortunately, the fitting process and aftercare experience were extremely disappointing.
The number of visits required after installation was excessive, and we experienced ongoing issues with rainwater leaking through the door and significant drafts. At one stage, we were literally using puppy pads to catch water coming in and large sheets of cardboard to help stop the cold air entering the house. For a door costing around £2,000, that simply should not happen.
What made the experience more frustrating was that after the nightmare with the fitting company, the manufacturer did not seem interested in helping resolve matters. I appreciate that fitting companies and manufacturers are separate, but from a customer perspective you buy into the whole brand experience, not just the product itself.
So overall, the door itself looks fantastic, but the installation and support side of things seriously let the experience down.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the appearance and quality of the door itself and that it delivers the premium look and feel you expected from a Rockdoor.
However, we are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the installation and the inconvenience caused by the leaks, draughts, and multiple follow-up visits. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly after investing in a new door, and we appreciate your honest feedback.
While installation is carried out by independent installers, we do recognise that customers see the whole experience as part of the Rockdoor brand, and we are sorry that on this occasion you felt let down by the aftercare and support received.
Feedback such as yours is important to us and will be shared internally as we continue working closely with our installer network to improve both installation standards and customer experience. Thank you again for your balanced review and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we need to do better.

3 replacement doors in under 3 years
This is the 3rd Rockdoor I have had fitted within less than 3 years. The first 2 - a design they no longer manufacture - both split on the outer surface. So presumably a design fault?
Customer service great (via my door fitter), and it has been replaced free of charge both times. This last time the design was no longer available so we had to choose a different style - hoping this one lasts and doesn’t split as the previous 2 did.
Great looking doors and sturdy/smooth when using - but our first choice must have been poorly designed I guess.

Hi Kathryn,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we really appreciate your honest feedback.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with your original door design. While it’s reassuring that everything was resolved promptly through your installer and that replacements were provided free of charge, we fully understand how frustrating it must have been to go through multiple replacements in such a short period.
From time to time, products and designs are reviewed and updated or discontinued as part of ongoing improvements, and feedback like yours plays an important role in that process. We’re pleased that you were supported throughout and that you’re happy with the look, strength, and smooth operation of your current door.
We sincerely hope your new design provides the long-lasting performance you expect, and if you ever need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out through your installer, here at Rockdoor we’re always here to help.
Thank you again for your feedback and for your continued patience.
