This is an update to my other posts about my Rockdoor. I took Gap the retail part of Rockdoor to the small claims court. I won the case in full as I proved the Rockdoor they supplied me was not fit for purpose. Jason at Rockdoor told me I could not claim as I bought the door in my business name and a business to business contract isn’t covered by the consumers rights act shame he couldn’t tell the truth. Gap/Rockdoor did attend court to defend the case but lost. I have had a new door fitted called comp door and I have no problems with the door. In my opinion the comp door is by far a superior quality product. They claim that they have solved the problem of their doors bowing but I proved in court they haven’t as mine bowed twice. They hide behind the fitting of the door but mine wasn’t the fitting it was just a very poor product. Just as I thought Jason still cannot tell the truth. The rock door was not fitted by myself but fitted by professional composite door fitters. The judge made the decision on an independent inspection by by a professional expert who expressed how poor quality the door was. Rockdoor/Gap took there expert to court but he failed to answer some very simple questions the judge asked. Jason just admit the truth the door was of extremely poor quality

After previous issues and mishandling my issues are now resolved, and I have a door to be proud of.
Many thanks to Jason Kay, who arranged this.
He is a credit to the company, and sees the value of protecting the Rock door brand.

We had a door seal that had come loose and after sending pictures to Rockdoor they said it looked like it was installed incorrectly. The installer is no longer trading and the work should have been covered by the original installer. Jason was very helpful and arranged a fitter to replace the broken seal and reset the door fitting. Thanks go to Jason and team for stepping in to resolve this issue

We love our rock doors. We have our side and front door replaced and it was the best decision we made. They are more expensive than standard composite and UPVC but worth it. They feel very secure and the design & colour ranges are great.

Stunning front door with glass panels either side. Phenomenal quality, beautiful design, strong, robust and secure. Delighted with the whole aspect of this top quality door and operating system. Feel more secure in our home than ever.

I had a manufacturing issue with my Rockdoor, when I was contacted by Jason from Rockdoor he was a really helpful chap, really wanted to help me solve this issue as I couldn’t go through my original fitters insurance, things were getting very difficult but Jason came and saved the day when he found out the situation and he looked my door up and told me I had a door of manufacturing issue which since has now changed so I’m now confident with my new replacement door. He organised me to have a replacement door which was like for like to my current door, he even got me in contact with a local Rockdoor fitter who then contacted me gave me a day to come which worked for me and I’ve now got a replacement Rockdoor which I did love before and love now. Thanks to Jason I’m now rather happy with showing off my Rockdoor

Had a cracked Rockdoor within warranty, Jason from GAP resolved the issue very expediently and professionally! He organised Castle Windows who sent Graham to install the new slab whom did an amazing job and probably one the best door fitters I’ve met! Thanks again and Our Rockdoor looks fantastic!

G Parker Joiner from Rothwell fitted our door yesterday. He was very hard working, courteous and left the property clean and tidy. There was no damage when changing the door over and I would definitely use his services again.
The Rock Door itself is a very high standard. It looks and feels like a quality door and it is safe to say, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to others. Great security and peace of mind. Thank you .

We have just had our front door fitted and it looks fabulous. The local supplier and fitters we used provided exceptional service. We look forward to the door looking like it does now for many years.

Im looking for a stylish composite door with side panels and I’ve repeatedly browsed Rock, Solidor and Endurance literature online. Rock doors have visual appeal but I can’t access a showroom or find any location in or close to West Sussex to get a closer look. I’m not parting with a lot of money based on pictures. The very limited means of interacting with this company beyond their ‘trusted installers’ is a flashing red light for me. It is unlikely to improve beyond point of sale.

I've had my Rockdoor installed by Gary of G Parker Joinery & UPVC specialists. I received a first class service from start to finish. Gary worked very tidily and completed the work to a very high standard, Thank you!

The door is built to a high quality and has a solid feel about it, all while looking good too.
