S251639 no problems. Petzl attache carabiner and ATC-XP delivered on time and in order. Originally ordered from gooutdoors but they messed up so went here instead.

I ordered a pair of climbing shoes from rock + run, unfortunately Royal mail struggles to deliver to my work, and returned the item to sender based on an "incorrect address" - it wasn't, but that is mostly an aside.

Despite the shoes being returned to rock + run's warehouse and me contacting them multiple times I've not had a refund or even an acknowledgement of my emails for over a month.

Already there is a negative report up there concerning the product.

Alas, mine, too, is unenthusiastic. The review is matter-of-fact, without expletives or immoderate language, but presumably they have a crate of these to shift and 2 poor write-ups is a step too far.

In which case, why invite reviews in the first place?

Have been shopping with Rock+Run for years. Always a happy customer. Recently had a problem with a faulty pair of shoes (first time this had happened) and James sorted me out with a replacement with no hassle. Great service.

I had issues trying to work out which size shoe I should go with as each brand has different variations in size. Had to return a few pairs but the customer service team (James) not only refunded my purchases quickly but when I gave him some info to try as find a pair he was quick in suggesting some other shoes do my level of experience and which size I should try! Great service!!

Avoid.

I bought a pair of climbing shoes that have a manufacturer fault. They refused to admit the shoes are faulty, even I have sent multiple pictures of the same model for comparison of what the shoes should look like.
They excuse was: All of our shoes look like the pair your received, not the pictures on our website/the pictures of another pair of these of the same model (which I attached).

If that's true, I would consider this as a fault advertisement.

They also refused to show me a picture of their other shoes of the model, which I found extremely bizarre

Recently ordered some items, one of which was a compass with unbalanced needle. Customer service was excellent. I emailed late in the evening, first thing next day received email explaining what Rock + Run would do. True to their word replacement arrived promptly with pre-paid sticker for return. Really first class customer service that makes such a difference.

Have ordered a few things from them now - always arrive prompt and in good condition.
Feels really good to support a quality UK business and from their social media it's clear they are constantly working on bringing new products to market for their customers.

I had made several purchases from Rock + Run whilst I was living in the UK and always found great deals and a wide range of products for climbing and hiking. But the best part about this company is the customer service. Recently I made an order for shipping abroad and we ran into some issues with the shipping. Rock + Run had been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. What a great shopping experience!

I've used this company a few times and had an excellent experience everytime, even when I had to return something they were more than happy to help.

Ordered some climbing shoes & a chalk bag on Monday night, got a notification first thing on Tuesday they had been dispatched, they were with me on Thursday morning.
Can't ask for faster delivery and the prices of the Scarpa Reflex climbing shoes were the cheapest I could find. Will certainly be using this website again!

I had a problem with my boots the customer service was excellent and they couldn't do enough to help everything was prompt and efficient i would highly recommend this company

I placed an order of 300 euros for climbing equipment. Everything went fine. I received my parcel a week later. I would definitely buy stuff from them again.
