Made a mistake when ordering a pretty expensive item, so tried correcting this and ended up ordering two similar items! One quick email sorted this however and the guys at Rock+Run refunded my money for the order I'd mistakenly place.

Ordered a chalk bag over the weekend, it arrived by Tuesday. Product is good quality and very reasonably priced.

I was searching for hiking poles for my dad on-line and found the ones I was interested in. I then searched for stockists and discovered Rock + Run sold them the cheapest and delivered to my dads area (Cornwall) for free. I found their website to be clear and concise. My order was delt with quickly with great communication via Email. They sent the poles out using Royal Mail within three days and I was able to track the order which would help me as I was not receiving them directly. However, I didn't need to, as I received an email when dispatched, on arrival at my local post depo, and when finally delivered. As I didn't receive the parcel myself I can't comment on packaging but my dad has not reported any problems with his new poles. For me this was the perfect service from start to finish.
