Robin Hood Watersports Reviews 

I have ordered two items from Robin Hood watersports. Both of which are quite unusual and are "out of stock" everywhere i looked online throughout the uk.
The first they didn't have in stock either and offered me an alternative if I wished. I didn't and said I'd wait, in no time at all they had sourced the item and it was with me.
The second item again not stocked anywhere is already on its way. I just wish they didn't use Royal mail as it is their service which let's Robin Hood down.
Royal mail are appalling in my opinion and experience.

Recently purchased an item that was correctly detailed on the website. Having sourced incorrectly elsewhere. Order was immediately processed and courier contacted me to confirm delivery and customer services notified me of despatch all within 24 hours. Item arrived perfectly as described so an all round excellent experience and would highly recommend.

Really clear and easy to use website and good communication

The team at Robin Hood Watersports are awesome! My bindings on my wakeboard broke and I needed to order a replacement.

When I called the team they ran me through the options, taking time to answer all my questions and we decided on a replacement. They were in a size that needed to be ordered from the US which had up to 14 day delivery time - which was going to be tight because of a holiday I needed them for.

They spoke to the supplier about the need to get them ASAP and kept me informed throughout. They also to expedite the delivery to make sure I had them for my holiday and they were with me within 9 days of ordering.

Cant recommend the team enough and the boots are perfect!

Great service. I ordered my Aquaglide Chelan 120 on the Saturday & it arrived by lunchtime on the Tuesday. Steve from the kayak department has also been very responsive to my questions about the product.

The kayak itself is good - very comfortable & easy to dry although not the easiest to fold up. I would recommend Robin Hood Watersports & the Chelan if kayaking floats your boat.

Late yesterday afternoon I was in a pickle needing a new wooden paddle as a suprise for my wife where I'd be let down elsewhere.
Contacted Robin Hood Watersports and before I could blink whilst at work George had sorted everything that was required to ensure I had a fantastic new Grey Owl paddle arrive on my doorstep today.
Now that's service from days gone by that still exists with an above and beyond nature, thank you so much George.

Great service from the Roho Team. Original order of multiple items was delivered in good time with all goods presented and corrected.

They show items as in stock on their website and their standard delivery is 1-3 days. After a week of messaging with no response I have spoken to someone on the telephone who told me their website does not show live stock but is a catalogue. This is dishonest and deceiving. They are receiving orders from customers expecting delivery in 3 working days when that will be impossible. When challenged I was told they would look into it but still no guarantee when that would happen by.

I purchased a ION wetsuit which is fantastic, all enquiries with Robin Hood Watersports were responded to promptly and the wetsuit was delivered quicker than expected, all round great service!

Great Advice, Good Prices and good service

Excellent service from start to finish. Unfortunately the item I ordered was out of stock, but the communication was clear, quick and professional throughout. I was given several generous options to resolve the situation, which was really appreciated. Delivery was next day and everything was handled brilliantly. This will absolutely be my first stop when looking for wakeboarding equipment in the future. Highly recommended.

The reason for 4 stars is the website is not always accurate in terms of having items in stock or tells you that they are on pre order. But I must say once the items are available the delivery service is prompt.
