The gym is well equipped and spacious. There are plenty of classes to choose from.

The swimming pool is decent enough and a bonus that most gyms wouldn’t have.

Sauna and steam rooms are both okay. The jacuzzi tiles need to be cleaned more regularly.

As with all the gyms, there a few people that seem to think it is okay to sit on one machine for 20 minutes or use two at a time, but overall, a good mixed crowd.

I love Lucie’s circuits class on a Monday, always look forward to it. She makes it fun, adapts it to each persons ability and always on hand to help with technique.

I regularly do circuit training with Lucie on a Monday. She is excellent instructor, happy to give you advise and pushes you enough so you improve and achieve your goal

Excellent start to the day with Charlie’s circuit this morning. Always encouraging and attention to detail.

I have completed 2 Myzone Circuits with Harry that I really enjoyed. Harry is an excellent instructor, explaining the details of the class, different zones etc very well. He also checks our technique and offers sound advice. It is a tough class but gives you a great workout suited to you, based on age, weight, heart rate so you work out at the correct level.

The club is a 10/10, very impressed with the club itself! Bobby was very helpful and Will was great with the induction! Would 100% recommend!

I've been a member of Roko for about 10 years, however only started the Eternal Youth class with Harry in the last six months. He changes the routines each week which keeps it interesting and enjoyable, takes into account different fitness levels and abilities whilst encouraging all of us to push at our own levels, if you haven't tried this class yet you should!

I have done multiple classes with Harry since I joined roko West Bridgford. Harry is very passionate about what he does, he recognises individual abilities and is able to adapt the training to meet individual goals. He is able to communicate clearly and has excellent technique and skills which he shares. Harry makes training enjoyable! An asset to ROKO.

What an amazing young man! I’ve trained for many years with Personal Trainers all over the country but Harry is on his way to becoming one of the best in their ranks. He’s kind, caring, enthusiastic, energetic, funny, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding.. the list goes on.
I wasn’t quite ‘on it’ today ( had a busy time and youth not on my side!) so Harry quickly adapted the session so that I still got the very best out of the time and came away knowing that I had done my utmost with what was in the tank. He encouraged me to reach further than I thought were my limits today so I came away smiling .. if tired.. but eager to book in for another session with him.

Just had a gym induction with Harry.
He was brilliant - recognised my capabilities and made me work hard. I look forward to a training with him again.

I recently had my induction with Vanya. She was very professional, friendly and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend her as a trainer.

Harry understood that I needed a very gentle induction because of recent health issues. He was very understanding & complimentary on my start.

Roko Chiswick is friendly, laid back and non-pretentious which makes it much easier to turn up and work out!
I have seen the same staff for years which is a sign of a happy team. Some can be a little unapproachable or disinterested but on the whole they are a nice team and friendly.
Cafe is a gem. Food always delivered with care and they are a lovely bunch.
Gym is excellently stocked with good equipment and plenty of space. It’s a pleasure working out in the afternoons when it’s quieter.
Love the pool! Especially when not overrun!
Only real complaint? The showers are in need of refurbishment, I would go as far to say crumbling… almost… broken controls, screw holes in the wall, broken tiles and dirty grout…and with increased membership I hope they will be refurbished soon.
Overall… love Roko… and it would have to be exceptional to get 5 stars so 4 is a good review I think 🌟

So disgusted with this company. I had to move out of the area quite far away due to my mental health and signs for a 3 months 12 and and being forced to pay when I my free month's trial ended and like I said I had to move out the area due to poor mental health and now being Chase 7 months later for the money. Absolutely disgusted they have no empathy disgusted

Gym is good, but the spa area leaves a lot to be desired. Tiles falling off, broken wood in sauna, paint peeling. Then they have the cheek to put prices up whilst doing the bare minimum to rectify the issues.

Great gym. Friendly staff. Pool is small and often too busy in peak hours.

I love using this club. The staff are welcoming and helpful and I think the club is well managed. It’s very well equipped and clean. Lucie keeps the ladies changing rooms very clean. The cafe is very good and offers good value food and drinks.
The only downsides are -
The pool does need a lot of tiles replacing (due to be done later this month)
The jacuzzi, steam room and sauna suffer regular breakdowns
The car park is very spacious BUT gets very waterlogged in bad weather

The pool is missing tiles and also has chipped mosaic tiles inside.
The steam room has missing mosaic tiles.
The female shower pressure is very low and takes forever to have a shower / wash your hair. It’s also super hot water, can’t get lukewarm. The grills all over are mouldy and full of dust. Reception is usually half asleep.

I always have a great session at Roko. The team are great - Ananya welcomed me and Will is always up for a chat on the gym floor. The gym is well maintained and spa is great for recovery.

Ananya is such a happy person and to meet when you first enter and when you leave is a joyful experience
