They don't pay winnings
Been playing and depositing here long long time and elected to opt in tk jackpot spins when you pay extra. 10 cents a spin for chance to win wheel jackpot and I won the POP wheel which winnings were $49 sc and it was never added to my balance! I waited refreshed, cleared cashe, ect I also read all t/c and nothing changed! I tried chat in app which was basically no help along with support supposedly 24 7 when absolutely not I got a bot that said I'd get email in approx 3hrs. I then sentilt emails and still several hours later and another depo thinking maybe ut would Un kink whatever stuck , nope! Last straw was seeing in community chat where I commented my issue to see several others have never been paid! This is a problem and fraud when we are paying extra on top.of already paying to spin to finally get thr wheel to begin with and end up being total waste of money, literally scam when we not getting what we paid for!!! I tried reaching out on fb and ig and nope not 1 single reply not even a confirmation that they reviewing issues so I've exhausted every option and no choice to call .my bank. I feel scammed and ripped off. They have lied to us and leading us on to pay extra for something they don't pay for I'm livid and done. Beware seems likely people report issues with mult kinds of credit or redemption issues what a sham.
